Lovin' Spoonfuls Vegan Restaurant

Lovin’ Spoonfuls in Tucson is a fantastic, family-friendly spot with delicious comfort food. We’ve had the pleasure of dining here several times during our two week stay in Tucson, and Gray took great care of us, ensuring we had everything we needed. The potato cakes are a must-try, as is the buffalo California wrap, packed with flavor. The biscuits and gravy are another standout, with rich gravy and melt-in-your-mouth biscuits. We’ve also had the pleasure of meeting the owner twice, and it’s clear she takes pride in both the food and the atmosphere. Highly recommend this cozy gem in Tucson!

I really wanted to love this place, not just because of the name, but because finding flavorful vegan food is often challenging. Got the turkey BLT and it came out presented beautifully. However, all I could taste was the bread and mayo. Super disappointing. The potato salad was tasty, as was the vegan dessert. Will definitely try something else and give them another chance. Kudos to the staff for being super friendly and helpful.

No wait, walk up and place order, menu on the counter behind you. Pay and take your number. There's so much to choose from, and there's only 1 tummy. Biscuits and gravy came soon enough. Yummy mushrooms gravy on flaky Biscuits. The tofu scrambled eggs and home fries rounded the flavor points. Leftovers for tomorrow. Sometimes I'm so hungry I forget to photograph the food. The biscuits and gravy came on one plate, and the rest on another larger dish. Great service, friendly and fast.

i went to lovin spoonfuls for the first time this last weekend and it was AMAZING!!!! i love the food it was so good. for the first time, i just tried the bbq burger and the cauliflower wings and they were so delicious 10/10!!! and the PASTRIES o-m-g!! i grabbed a big brownie and the chai banana bread and im just in love with them (i still thinking about them). i cant wait to go back to tucson and get more delicious food !!! the attention and the place were ao comforting. the girl that was there was so sweet!! the place brought me so much peace while eating. it was an amazing experience. new fav place 🫶🖤thanks!! go vegan!!

Update. Have come back so many times. My new jam is the Southwest salad. The dressing is so so good. It's a perfect salad. Flavorful. Filling. The chicken Alfredo is also AMAZING. Everything is good. Can't go wrong. Staff is wonderful. They also go to the Vegan Market night. Great desserts! Delicious! Friendly staff. Can’t wait to come back to try more of the menu.
