Had been here a few years ago and tried it again and it was pretty good! The avocado toast has a bit of a different twist (but it’s really good). I didn’t enjoy what I had and I would definitely go again and try another dish. (Wasn’t too busy, but did go on a Sunday around noon)

One of the most mediocre ramens I’ve ever tried, with service that was equally dismal—a huge disappointment overall. With so many great offerings at Grand Central Market, Ramen Hood is unfortunately not one of them. From the start, the service was unwelcoming, with the staff taking my order showing a bad attitude and rudeness. After placing our order, we looked for seating, and about 15 minutes later, we were handed our meal with complete indifference. We had the spicy ramen, and it was disappointing in every aspect. The broth was overly salty, and the noodles were overcooked, resembling pasta more than authentic ramen noodles. It was an underwhelming meal served in a takeaway bowl. Although we were intrigued by the vegan ramen at Ramen Hood, the whole experience left us greatly disappointed.

This is the VERY best vegan ramen I have tried. The broth is so thick and flavourful but doesn’t make you feel like awful after. So fresh, filling and so much depth to the broth. We were also able to grab a beer from across the hall and have it at the bar. So fun!

I had the spicey ramen and what a pleasant surprise and experience. Great taste, fresh and quick. The broth is really good and spicy. A+ for vegan food. Can be eaten till your belly is full.

Worst service ever! I asked the noodle was so bad can I get a refund shortly after I started. The manager said no, can not refund unless they did something wrong. Will not refund if only because customer doesn’t like it. I explained the mushroom was cold, greens were also cold, they said they were pre-cooked. Don’t deceived by the photo, these ramen noodle by far is the world i have ever had
