One of my favorite vegan restaurants in SD county! I’ve been to all of their locations - Oceanside, Costa Mesa, and had been a frequent customer at The Plot Express in Carlsbad before it closed. The restaurant itself is really cute, the food is great, and the staff is always really kind and friendly!

I was really impressed by this restaurant! The food is fantastic, and the service is amazing. Their commitment to using fresh, locally grown vegetables and sourcing ingredients from local farmers is inspiring — a great way to leave a small footprint on Earth. I'll definitely return to try more dishes! 🌎🌱

I recently had my baby shower here and could not be happier with the location, service and food! They had an outdoor seating option as well as indoor spot they could block off. We ended up using the indoor space which was perfect for the party size of 20. All of the guests commented on how much they loved the food. We had the best service and everyone was so nice! The chef even created a "sushi" platter for me to take home as I am missing that food most while pregnant. Would absolutely recommend this spot to stop in for a good lunch or dinner, or as a great place to host your next event. Thank you!

NEW FAVORITE SPOT! First off I love the idea of working with local farmers/ no waste + vegan on top of it all! Luckily I drove down to Oceanside from Los Angeles today to visit family and HAD to try this spot out. Mind you I’m not vegan BUT my experience today makes me want to go back to my plant based ways . I was greeted by RUBY who radiated such positivity! She was SUPER helpful explaining the menu to me and sharing a bit about the restaurants mission . What I loved about this spot is the staff REALLY believes in the mission. Everyone was super helpful and got me super excited to try the menu out . I started off with the soup of the day which consisted of coconut based broth with kale and other goodies ( DELICIOUS); followed by the cheesy truffle fries with beet “ketchup” ( BEST FRIES I’ve EVER HAD hands down!) and the plot primavera salad. It was the first time I’ve ever seen a restaurant use SEA BEANS and really appreciated it! As a forager I love picking this plant near the ocean and found out they harvest the SEA BEANS every morning . The salad was a delight. To top it off I had the makrut lime leaf ginger seasonal house soda + a festive gluten free dessert ( completely forgot the name but I’m wanting more of it !) All in all I had a 10/10 experience . The staff has to be the friendliest high vibration staff I have encountered in a very long time. Whoever is doing the hiring is doing a fantastic job! I loved this place so much I’m going back tomorrow before I head back to Los Angeles! Thank you Ruby for suggesting so many great food choices + excellent service!

This restaurant is phenomenal, truly a gem in O’Side. I usually don't like vegan or biscuits and gravy and they have converted me on both accounts. So happy I found this restaurant. It is must visit and on the menu is delicious. So sad I’m leaving California soon but If I ever visit in the future my first stop will be here.
