Gentle Grill

If you are new to Gentle Grill, you probably think they are delicious, however if you are used to what this place used to be years ago, it's really gone down hill and is definitely not worth the money. Having not been there in a while, we were surprised how much things have drastically changed. We ordered a Gyro, Gyro fries and a One Love burrito. First off, the fries they use now are absolutely disgusting. They are thick and soggy and the Gyro fries both only had a few strips of meat. The meat is another huge issue as it used to be finally sliced and now they are too lazy and just put these nasty chunks in the food. This really cuts down on the appeal and taste. The portions also have shrunk from years ago and none of the food was even that good. My gyro was mostly lettuce and had only 4 strips of the thick, nasty meat. I paid a ridiculous amount of money for basically lettuce, tomatoes and stale bread. The bread was dry, falling apart and tasted old. I think the only reason they survive is because they are the only vegan place around, but places like Native Foods would 100 percent put them out of business. Wish they were the Gentle Grill of the past. Overall, a huge waste of money and we won't ever be back.

This is the best Vegan food I ever have nation wide. I have been traveling with my job on a weekly basis for more than 11 years and vegan for 9. I have eaten vegan food in every airport and State even in Mexico and Canada. Honestly the variety of the menu is great and the quality of food is awesome, I love that everything is made fresh and from scratch. The taste of the food is finger licking great. I really love this place 👍

First time eating at a vegan spot and let me tell yall! It was soooo good! I even tried my daughter's chicken nuggets and they were pretty good! Definitely check it out if you like vegan food! I had the chipotle bowl.

This is hands down the best vegan restaurant we have ever been to. We got there a little late (20 minutes before closing) and they treated us as if they just opened with zero rushing and even dedicated time for conversation. Me and my girlfriend went here for our anniversary in July and between the excellent customer service (I think Nick was the younger Gentleman’s name), amazing food, and atmosphere, this place is perfect. We got the reuben, cauliflower bites, loaded fries, Oreo donut, and a peanut butter brownie. The reuben was absolutely the BEST sandwich I have even had the cauliflower bites and sauce they came with was the BEST we have ever had as well. 10/10 place to eat if you are anywhere within 1.5 hours and like to drive.

I really wish we had more time in Temecula, because Gentle Grill was really, really good! Counter staff was pretty good, and patient when I couldn't make up my mind. I was also happy to see that lentil soup was an optional side with a sandwich, since I can't eat fried food. My wife ordered the Rueben, which she absolutely loved. She said the fries were fantastic. I had the pastrami sandwich, which was also great. We ordered a side of hummus, since we're used to vegan places having small portion sizes where we live, but that's not the case here! The hummus was pretty good, but we were already stuffed from our sandwiches! Definitely a strong recommendation from us, especially if you've been plant based for a while and kinda miss the deli classics. Gentle Grill scratched that itch for us, and left us pretty full, too!
