I had a fantastic experience at The Burrowing Owl in Colorado Springs! This vegan gem truly exceeded my expectations. I tried the special of the day, the lemon chicken wrap, and it was absolutely delicious—bursting with flavor and perfectly seasoned. The potato soup was the ideal complement, creamy and comforting. For dessert, we indulged in the carrot cake, and it was divine! Moist, flavorful, and not overly sweet, it was the perfect ending to our meal. To top it all off, we enjoyed a cup of their delicious French-pressed coffee, which was the cherry on top. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, adding to the overall positive vibe. I can't recommend The Burrowing Owl enough—it's a must-visit for anyone in Colorado Springs, whether you’re vegan or just looking for a tasty meal! I can’t wait to return!

Got to love a spot with tons of delicious vegan options. Only got to try one dish (nachos supreme) but it was great and I have no doubt everything here is great! Love the art and design too.

We had a great time. The service was really sweet and friendly. And the food was outstanding. They accommodated the wishes of our kids. And the food came quickly so if you are hungry come here. It’s gooooood

I wasn't sure what to expect. And the politically correct / culturally sensitive vinyl sign on the door gave me pause. But dude, this place is just about perfect once you walk in the door. One of the best shaped bars I've seen in the Springs. Alcohol options are limited, but good. The food and alcohol vibe here feels like I'm in someone's home. I love that! I had a great whiskey I had never heard of (and the bartender at first had trouble locating). The mesir wot, a traditional Ethiopian Jewish dish, is rarely found in restaurants. The service and vibe in general feels like I was invited to a cool friend's crash pad. On God, this place is simply perfect.

I have been coming here for years and food and service is always consistent! I think by now I have tried just about everything on the menu. I would recommend the messy sloppy or anything from their Thursday specials menu. I always love to see a fully vegan restaurant!
