Vegan Tierra

TLDR: Good, consistent plant-based restaurant that is just a little too light on the flavor punches and the main dining hall can get loud. Service: amazing, kind, attentive. However, even when you dine in, it is order at the counter. The prices skew toward that of a full service restaurant which is why I docked 1 star for service. Atmosphere: small, cute, and clean. The primary complaint is that the blenders are in the dining room so if anyone orders a smoothie, your nice and pricey meal becomes a screaming fest with party members. If the restaurant was more casual and priced accordingly, the smoothie bar would be par for the course, but 1 star docked for this. Food: the soups are GREAT! We have tried 4/5 soups and they were all very yummy. The mac and cheese bites had great texture, but the flavor was a little bland where some garlic or something to jazz it up would have been appreciated. The pear/beat salad and Buffalo wrap were LOVED by those who ordered. The grilled cheese was good but nothing amazing. The pasta bolognese was a bit sweet and greatly under seasoned from a salt and herb perspective unfortunately. I actually dumped some of the tomato basil soup onto this dish to give it some more flavor. Overall, the food was good and we'll definitely be back, it just is not at the top of our list for mind blowing flavors.

I literally ate this dish 4 days in a row. I'm obsessed 🙌🏻 orange cauliflower with rice peas and carrots. The food presentation is always beautiful regardless of whether you eat out or dine in. They have a pretty big menu with a good variety. The restaurant is fully vegan and the staff is always very friendly. Nice dine in seating and juice bar seating. Highly recommend 💯👍🏻

Great surprise for us! We were looking for a vegan restaurant somewhere between Sunrise and Fort Lauderdale and found Vegan Tierra. We were first surprised to see a well appointed dining room. Even though you first order at their counter, we had amazing table service. The food was fresh and super flavorful. We had buffalo cauliflower, Cuban wrap and Spicy Hummus wrap. Portions are big! The restaurant and bathroom were spotless. Must visit!

Great vegan spot with creative dish options, excellent service and good prices. The supreme grill cheese sandwich was really delicious tons of mushrooms and gooey cheesiness. I enjoyed it with a side of plantains.

First time at this vegan restaurant and the food was great. Flavorful & delightful. Alejandro was very friendly and informative about the food selection in choosing. We were so hungry and left full and satisfied Will definitely be back.
