If the place had been clean . I'd give it 5 stars. Smoking from grill, floors slick like grease, women's bathroom is like out of a creepy horror Movie. BUT !! The food was Amazing !! The Best Vegan Chicken Island Sandwich Ever !! The Host is the cook and waitress ..

was visiting the area with my vegan partner and desperately hoped we could find him somewhere to get a proper meal; enter evolve vegan kitchen! we walked in on a thursday night and were the only people in the joint, but that was not a reflection of the quality at all. we shared the texas fries with chili & PBR beer cheese, I got the BBQ jackfruit sandwich, and he got the philly double smashburger. we both cleaned our plates and walked away full and happy. special shout out to summer for being so lovely and having great taste in tunes!

Evolved Modern Vegan Kitchen is a gem! We sampled a few items from the menu, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. The variety of options made it easy to find something for everyone. The atmosphere was inviting, perfect for a casual meal. I’ll definitely be back to try more!

Worth the drive from anywhere. Some of the best vegan food in the great state of Florida. Don't miss the PIZZA. Recommended: Starve yourself for a week so you can eat more here. 😋
