Exceptional and kind service by Jacob! What a beautiful meal. It’s the first time my mum tried Asian fusion and it was a hit!!!! We had the pad Thai slaw which was fresh and the bao followed by Singapore noodles and the cauliflower. Clean, well presented and what a beautiful restaurant. Love the wallpaper and the aura, music was just enough to still have conversation. we will be back!!

Unbelievable that this place is vegan! The sushi rivals traditional options, and the matcha cheesecake is divine. The atmosphere is bright and fresh, and the food presentation is stunning. A must-visit!

This sushi burrito was delicious, and the food is always good. However, waiting for an hour for takeout is wild. Although someone was in training, the receptionist was unapologetic. When I initially called, she said 10 minutes, called again, 10 more minutes. The last call...she finally said "its ready." No apology rendered, just cold and disconnected. Please consider being more hospitable with my time. No one on staff cared about the service that was rendered to me on that day. I ordered on the App at 11:34 a.m., and the app stated my order would be ready for pickup at 11:34 am. This must be a glitch you guys should look into. Lastly, I usually dine in. This time, I decided to do takeout. I was not going to pay $10 to park . Please consider having a reserved parking space for takeout orders.

Planta Queen was my favorite South Florida location. The atmosphere was more welcoming, colorful, and fun. We ordered quite a few dishes, the Bang Bang Broccoli, General D's Cauliflower, the Baked Crab Roll, the Firecracker Roll, Bao Slider, the Matcha Latte, the Salted Maple, and the Chocolate Brownie. Wow! We most loved the Bang Bang Broccoli, the Bao Sliders, the Firecracker Roll, and the Chocolate Brownie. We also really liked the General D's Cauliflower dish. The Bang Bang Broccoli was enjoyed by veggies and non-veggie lovers in the group. I was so surprised by the brownie because it was just as decadent as a traditional brownie. There were concerns the brownie would be chalky, but that was NOT the case. The Baked Crab Roll was just okay. I didn't dislike it like the Torched & Pressed Roll, but it was as yummy as the Dynamite Roll or Firecracker Roll (I've tried in the past).

Only because I love them so much, I am critiquing as a past restaurant GM/business advisor myself. As a vegan, I spent thousands of dollars at each vegan restaurant every year, trying to keep their doors open and support our vegan restaurants in our local Palm beaches, Broward county, and Dads County communities here in South Florida. I have seen some sh*t shows of restaurants but I also worked alongside Michelle Bernstein at the Omphoy in 2011, the Brazilian Court hotel Cafe Boulud soon after, and managed five star, white glove restaurants as a GM for many years. When I introduce all my loved ones that fly in from New York/Cali and all over, my personal business relationship partners, networking, etc. I expect service when I never sit down or leave for much less than $200 a dinner. Please do whatever it takes to properly staff your restaurant because the service was five star, 10 out of 10 recommend, and that was only because our Server, Cherokee "like the Jeep”) was a G. I am frequently touched by the competent GM who knows what. 👏 They. 👏 Are. 🙌 DOINGGGG. Do the MOST bb like I LOVE them!! 😍 I support what they’re creating over there… And it’s NOT just because of it being my favorite local restaurant, let’s face it… End of story, point blank… Just tighten up a little, Planta Queen in Ft. Laudy. I I know it’s probably a higher-ups circumstantial situation, however, when people drop as much money as they do on your expensive food… We expect Service. Unfortunately, because I love the restaurant so much I had to personally get up from my table walk over to the GM and notify him of the table sitting next to me. They were a nice group of three younger looking teenagers. However, they were waiting for 45 minutes and were never even so much as greeted. Not even a hello. I was full on vaping in the restaurant just to get someone’s attention to tell me to stop but no one came over. It was that bad. Please, for the LOVE of the Broward County Gods… PUH-LEASE work on staffing and training. If you need a pointer, I’ll come in and help for 15-20 mins. But this is what I do. I take potentially failing businesses and business advised them and financially advise them to success before shutting the doors and ultimately shutting down going out of business. People don’t listen to critiques and reviews because they think that people are on the other end being critics, know it all jerks or whatever interpretation they want to make up about it. This is all love. It's a simple solution. Please don’t make people spend that kind of money without comping bottles or service or something off the check or at least touching base and greeting the table because I want this location open forever. My favorite vegan restaurant after my many years of being vegan, has always been planted queen of Ft. Lauderdale. It is my favorite Planta out of all the locations throughout the country (LA, New York, Chicago, West Palm Beach, Miami, and Fort Lauderdale). I have been to every single one of them in this by far is the best Asian fusion cuisine menu that you will find. Please keep their doors open, them, go in, and don’t write bad reviews. We want them to succeed here, but I also want to make sure that they’re aware so that they stay open for years to come. Have a great day and no hard feelings! Keep up the great work! As always, thank you for everything!
