Love this place! I really love that they have vegan options. I tried the Homer donut, original glazed and the cinnamon roll; they were all fantastic! Definitely give this place a try.

Wonderful VEGAN experience at this cute little bakery. Friendly and proficient staff and clean facility. Get there early because these treats sell out fast.

not sure how i have never wrote a five star review because i have come here since my college days back in 2015/2016. sweet theory has never disappointed me when i have a sweet tooth- everything they make is DELICIOUS! most recently i ordered some carrot cakes from them that were served at my wedding. everyone raves about how amazing the carrot cake was. my sister is breastfeeding and hasn’t had cake (due to dairy allergy) in 5+ months and she was so excited to have this treat! ordering the cakes were so easy. katie was SO kind and answered my million and one questions. we love sweet theory!!! i’m so glad jacksonville has such an incredible community staple.

My first time here was 12/5, and I went back today 12/7th, my endocrinologist is going to be angry with me! Everything is soooooo freaking Gooooooood! 12/11/24 Back again, I'm early, waiting for them to open, just left the YMCA swimming, so I earn this. A must try, you owe it to yourself!

The cookie sandwich was awesome. It was two sugar cookies with strawberry frosting. Moist, delicate, and delicious. The donut muffin was too moist and too spiced. Both of us had a hard time finishing that one. The texture and strength of the ginger or nutmeg was not right. We will be back for the cookie sandwich or maybe one of those cinamon rolls.
