I ordered 4 loaves of Einkorn sourdough bread. I paid for shipping and for the bread. I received one loaf only and a partial refund for their service. The loaves are very small and instructions to slice them and put them in the freezer were followed. It arrived in 4 days and slightly cold. Poor service. I received 39$ refund for 3 loaves of bread..I believe their products are made with care, but service could definitely be inproved

I've ordered many loaves and the flat bread online, twice so far. Bread is very hearty and especially flavorful when toasted. Though a little pricy, when I've looked into making it myself, the flour is at least as expensive along with the time/effort of trying to make it myself. So, we will continue to purchase. Shipping is a bit expensive, so it helps to place a large order. It needs to remain frozen until use, so you can easily order a lot at once and just keep it in your freezer until use. Highly recommend!

I have been ordering fresh-ground, fresh baked ancient grain breads from Joseph's Organic Bakery for several years. I have been a mostly committed macrobiotic practitioner for about 40 years. I got into the macrobiotic eating practice, because members of my family had been prone to cancer and heart disease, and my research showed me that eating a mostly whole grain and vegetable based diet would be key to consistent, predictable health. "Whole Grain" are the magic words in healing foods. This dietary approach works very well for me, I do not even get colds, and it keeps my energy strong and consistent. A few years ago a teacher I respected mentioned that good breads with limited, whole ingredients would also be a positive addition to a macrobiotic approach, and so I did some research and found Joseph's Bakery. Joseph's clear approach to health and healing in their breads and supplements is very convincing. And so I started ordering from Joseph's, specifically as a health support. And, I have to say, MOST OF ALL: the breads are very, very delicious!! A great bonus to good health.

I ordered Joseph's soudough Dr Sebi Alkaline bread and Einkorn. I was wanting to order good organic easy to digest and healthy soudough bread and as I was researching I came across Joseph's online. I immediately called Joseph just to confirm how to store it and tried a slice of both immediately out of the package. It wasn't bad . It wasn't what I expected but it was very good. I toasted it as recommended and ate it with butter and a touch of Manuka honey. I am definitely interested in his other products. Only issue for me is that I live in Texas so I have to have it shipped to me which I know can get quite expensive longterm... 😩

I live across the country in California and ordered some eikorn sourdough bread online, which was quickly delivered to me in all freshness. I had never even heard of eikorn flour before, but recently stumbled on it and when I googled it, Joseph’s bakery came up as a provider with a long fermentation. I just received it so it’s too soon to tell of any health benefits, but surely it is delicious toasted with some softened ghee spread all over. What a delicacy. I have stored the other three loaves in the freezer and I’m sure they’ll be gone soon.! I mainly bought it for its potential gut related health benefits, as I’m dialed into fermented foods now. Thanks Josephs for being so diligent about providing a superior product different than groceries or other bakeries.
