When I pulled up to this place I was like oh is this place going to be good. The old saying is you can’t judge a book by its cover. Went inside there was a lady at the counter. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. She recommended the Gyro with fries and Vegan Wings with 2 sides. I ordered Mac and cheese with cabbage. They didn’t have the collard greens but the cabbage made up for it. This place was very good and I’ll be back before I leave Tampa!

I should have way more pictures to share considering we get this food at least twice per week on average, so I promise I'll try to do better! I can't say enough good things about this food. Vegan International has been our go-to place since we moved to Tampa a year and a half ago. The items typically included in our order are the wings (all kinds of different flavors, but we usually get the sweet and spicy, lemon pepper Buffalo, and Nashville hot), the meatball sub, the chicken sandwich with Nc fil-a sauce (just like chick-fil-a sauce), the bacon burger with big Mac sauce (just like McDonald's big Mac sauce), the fries (best fries you will ever have), the loaded fries (because I like my wife to be happy), and sometimes other things like the ncflurry or milk shake. The food is all vegan, tastes INCREDIBLE, and IMHO VERY reasonably priced! Oh, and they will have your order ready really fast as well. I know what you're thinking...this must be a paid ad or that I was bought off by the vegan mafia to write this. And although my moniker is Meat Free Mafia, I can promise you this is not a paid ad and I am not being held for ransom as I post this. Just enjoy the great food!

This review is long over due. I wanted to make sure that this spot was consistent in serving up good vegan eats, I've been eating here for over 6 months, and have never been disappointed. The place doesn't look like much on the exterior, but don't be dissuaded by appearances. This is is the figurative embodiment of 'a diamond in the rough'. Vegan eating is clean eating, and if you're not eating at Vegan International, you're missing out on local Vegan deliciousness.

Love eating at Vegan International every chance I get. Stoked to have classic and authentic street food favorites available to us here in Tampa! Truly have never had a meal I didn’t enjoy. Normally my camera eats first for work and I very literally never get pics of my VI good cause I already smashed half of it in the parking lot. If you’re reading this now, cookie butter milkshake asap you’re welcome ❤️🌱😏
