Moody Mike's

While in Lexington we knew we had to stop in here and it was even better than expected! We ordered the biscuits and sausage and split a breakfast burrito in the cafe. The biscuits were so soft and fluffy with a wonderful buttery taste and flaky salt on top. Loved the use of sweet potatoes in the burrito. We also got a to-go order of wings from the truck outside. (Due to the older building/codes, frying has to be done outside in the food truck). We chose the Caribbean jerk (nice flavorable spice) and honey barbecue sauce (sweet and smoky). Both were 10/10. It was actually hard to select since there were so many options! Interesting fact: the "bone" is sugar cane and edible.

Moody mikes is amazing! The food is so so good. You could definitely trick a meat-eater here. The wings are seriously the best! I live over an hour away and it is so worth the drive. Don’t pass them up!

My wife and I have enjoyed Moody Mike's food for years! First as a food truck and now they have four walls to go with their great food. Honestly, I'm not a vegan, but I will go out of my way to eat at Moody Mike's. It's great to have somewhere I can take my vegan friends where none of us are struggling to find good food that meets our dietary requirements/tastes! Highly recommend!

And now I see that Moody Mike's is actually a separate listing from the bike shop next door. So, let me reiterate that yes, the breakfast burrito was really good! And since you are in Lexington KY, you must try Ale8 soda, since it's impossible to find anywhere else!

Everything is more delicious than you could even imagine! I have been vegan for over 7 years and this is the truly best vegan food I have ever had. I would eat there everyday if I could. The wings are so amazing, the egg rolls 10 out of 10, the chicken sandwich is the perfect blend of sweet and spicy with a nice slaw crunch and soft bun, and the oatmeal cream pie was the most delicious cookie I've ever had in my life. Love this place, can't recommend it enough!!! 10 out of 10
