J+B Wellness Cafe - Cottleville

I went to stay at our condo in Tampa and became addicted to smoothie bars. I kept telling my friend “I wish we had places like this back home” and my wish was granted. This place is extremely solid. Sweet staff, great atmosphere, and bomb menu items. I get the Fountain Of Youth sub out seeds for Protein. I love their wellness shots and their cold pressed beet juice is amazing. I will pretty much go here every day. If you want a great smoothie and don’t want the BS corporate nonsense this is your spot!

From superfood smoothies, to delicious acai bowls, & sweet treats, this place is just what St Charles County needed! The owners are fabulous and are always there to help answer any questions you may have. The quality of ingredients are top notch and the transparency is a breath of fresh air!! We recommend this place to all of our new and existing clients - we love supporting our local community and JB Wellness has become an absolute favorite of our team!! I have dying to try this place, but Cottleville is a pretty far drive for me and never got around to it. They just opened a Wildwood location this weekend, which is closer, and WOW it did not disappoint. They have a huge menu - I wanted to order everything! I love KNEAD bakehouse and they use their sourdough bread for their sandwiches & toasts! Awesome to see local small businesses supporting each other. Great customer service. Great food (I had their blue lagoon bowl + an oat milk latte & my friend had their permanent vacation bowl). I will definitely be back sooner rather than later!

This is such a great little plant based cafe. Try the plantwich panini the bread is this delicious chewy sourdough and the “roast beef” is perfect. Their wellness shots are spicy but excellent, and their juices are delicious- you can modify them as needed if there’s an ingredient you don’t like. The fridge has protein balls and all kinds of treats like cookie dough and peanut butter cups. We go like once a week!
