Gigi's Vegan + Wellness Café

It's a Cozy home on a busy street. I walked in and there was an incredible warmth that hit me I ordered a cacao nibs smoothie, lentil soup, and the jackfruit tacos. The tacos were feeling even though the shells were Romaine lettuce. The best part about the lentil soup was this wonderful seasoning sprinkled on top that had some kind of seaweed and spice in it. The Smoothie was out of this world a total chocolate fix.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! Today was my first time coming and it is a 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I met a wonderful lady that I had great conversations with and Ms. GiGi and her son are so wonderful. He made me the Una Tuna Wrap w/ lentil soup and I also had an amazing protein shake. I’m so happy to have found this spot. I will be back. If you’re reading this, take your butt in there RIGHT NOW and tell GiGi and her son that Lisa sent you! 🥰

I am in loooooove with this food! I came into KC to play the Crosstown Music Festival and while my band was having their BBQ I found my vegan food! I had the Una Tuna with a side salad, and a smoothie. Everything was so freaking delicious, the best tuna wrap I’ve ever had everything tasted so fresh! I loved the dressing for the salad, and I wish I could remember the name of the smoothie but it was blue and super yummy! The vibe of the whole place was great, the staff was so welcoming and sweet and even the customers would turn and smile when you walked in, which feels like a testament to the positive curated atmosphere they provide.Highly recommend, and I will definitely be back!

I got the soul tacos with lentil soup, and the beet juice. I love that it was plant-based whole food. Each dish was well crafted with complementing flavors, and texture. Even better, they have a cooler with prepared juices and sandwiches, so I was able to grab two spicy hummus and veggie sandwiches to go. The customer service was amazing, the environment was really comfortable and relaxing, I could hang out there all day, eating their food! Really excited I found this place and tried it, I have been vegan for over 15 years and have grown tired of Americanized, vegan foods, like cheeseburgers and pizza, I can’t wait to go back and try more!

This establishment is phenomenal. The staff is amazing, the environment has a very home welcoming feeling to it, and the food is incredible. Very flavorful, and even more important it’s all healthy for you. Food the electrolyzes the body! They also offer fresh herbs which I think is awesome. I recommend this place all the time to friend or family, as it was recommended to me!
