Cats Luck

The first time I came through back in April, I ordered multiple boxes of baked goods for customer visits and received rave reviews from everyone so I knew this was a keeper. Coming through today for lunch and a pile of sweets to bring home, I very pleased with ny Blueberry Bacon Crunchwrap. Would’ve loved more of the Violife feta throughout but still delicious. Face it, the journey back to Western MA is a barren wasteland with few vegan bakeries unless you stay along and through northern NJ. CT and Western MA have zippo, zero, niet. That’s why it’s especially important to load up!

Just okay, the food was all either bland or dry. We asked for a plain english muffin and were told it wasn’t possible, even though we’d just had their McMuffin on an english muffin. The patty on the mcmuffin was so dry and sweet, maple something I think. The Just Egg was normal, but it’s just out of a carton from the store. I ordered the rueben and the seitan was flavorless, the cheese unmelted. Have had much better vegan reubens. Nothing against this place, the whole aesthetic was awesome and I love the community vibe. Their cookies were good! Disappointed that a $17 sandwich would end up falling so flat but I hope the place improves because the ethos of an all vegan cafe is so great. I would visit again for a second try, but maybe not soon. Also I don’t want any refund, just want to add a fair review!

What a seriously AMAZING place. Cats Luck has been on my bucket list for awhile & I finally got to visit. This place is a GEM! I’ve been vegan for over a decade & this place is hands down in my top 3 best vegan spots! Cool people, super fun decor, loving & welcoming vibes to ALL - AND amazing mind blowing vegan food!!! They offer a staple menu but always have rotating new things to try. Their dessert selection? Out of this world!!! Delicious! Unique! What we got on our visit: - vegan chicken & waffles. The BEST! The waffle portion was massive. Super moist, dense & sweet. The perfect waffle completed with super crispy & flavorful fried chicken! It was served with butter, gravy & maple syrup- how perfect. - a bunch of desserts to go! Their cookies were super moist & delicious. It was Halloween weekend so they had so many adorable Halloween themed treats- including a delicious cake cup with was super cute with orange/black theme with chocolate zombie fingers! Seriously, come & support this GREAT place! They have amazing vegan breakfast, brunch & lunch offerings as well as to go items & mind blowing vegan desserts you cannot skip! We cannot WAIT to return & become regulars. They had street parking right out front & picnic tables to eat at. They don’t offer indoor dining. Vegan or not - come here for banging food, treats & good vibes! 💕💫

Today was my second visit here, and Cat's Luck's food, vibe, and service did not disappoint. My wife and I got a Brunchwrap, Taylor Ham, egg, and cheese on a bagel, side of biscuits and gravy, and a large treats box. Everything is fresh, delicious, and flavorful. The cosmic brownie and chocolate cake are my favorites. I have to admit I was a little starstruck to see and meet the owner Michelle - I just moved back home to NJ from NC and have been following Cats Luck on social media. I was so excited to bring my wife here today for the first time - she absolutely loved the food. Thank you, Cat's Luck, for being such a great local business!

Best vegan restaurant in NJ. Hidden gem. The menu has soo many good comfort foods it's hard to choose. Bakery case and fridge always have amazing unique options. My favorite dishes are the Monte Cristo and Loaded Biscuit.
