Food is good. However, I decided to try the special today and it was disappointing. As seen in the pictures, one is what it “should” look like. The other two are pictures of what I received. It was more a coleslaw hoagie than anything, and it was clearly missing that staple red mayo sauce. What I received looked like straight mayo, no flavor. Also, not my first time questioning G&G quality. I once ordered a smoothie for delivery and had to blend it myself when it arrived. I have also ordered salads before that were missing ingredients. Will I order from here again? Probably, with the hope that I luck out and everything comes out as intended.

I came in for the Vegan Gobbl’r and wasn’t disappointed! That sandwich was a beast (pun) I couldn’t finish it in one sitting. Do yourself a favor and grab one before Thanksgiving. If you miss it, Greens & Grains has a ton of other great options.

I had recently gave a 5 star review on an order I placed through door dash. I ordered the blt panini with chicken, since the last time I had it, it was good. Well this time not so much. First off the tomatoes were soggy. Then as I start to eat the panini, I look and see black. So I open up the panini and notice the avocado is black. What irritates me the most is that who ever made the panini, knowingly put the avocado on it. You couldn’t miss the avocado was bad. I felt sick afterwards. I know avocado turns colors after being in the air for a bit, but this was moldy. The avocado wasn’t fresh. For the price you’re paying, you’d think EVERY. SINGLE. INGREDIENT would be fresh. I won’t order again especially reading the reviews about bugs in the lettuce. Clearly something needs to be done to ensure the food is handled and made safely. Disappointed to say the least.

Update 7/16/24: I was sent a $30 gift card for the Northfield location via text. I do consider the incident rectified, for which I am thankful. However, I still have no interest in going to this location for the foreseeable future. To be clear, I have ordered at other locations and had good experiences. This one however, when I ordered the Gyro last Friday I noticed a bug on my lettuce. I didn't think much of it and brushed it off as an accidental little guy who got through. Well, I was wrong. I ordered the same thing today and was greeted with multiple little bug friends in my Gyro. I ordered it through DoorDash so I had to return it myself to the location. I explained the situation and showed the pictures of the bugs to a worker. She seemed sympathetic and thankful for bringing it to her attention. She took down my name and said a manager would call me to discuss a refund. After receiving the call I was informed that they would not be able to reimburse me due to it being ordered through a 3rd party. Even though both orders were stapled closed upon receiving them. I was told I would need to get issued a refund through DoorDash. When I contacted DoorDash they would only refund me for my order today and not Friday because "it was days ago". I do believe that though the manager who was located in the Mayslanding location (however, she assured me she had employees go through the lettuce at the Tilton Rd location and found no bugs)seemed sympathetic and thankful for me to bring that to their attention, that they could have done more to make sure I was better compensated for the whole ordeal. I could have came in and caused a scene, but I discreetly informed the employee of the incident and showed her the pictures. Working in customer service, especially food related I expected to at least receive a gift certificate in the amount that I paid for my meal & delivery. I unfortunately, will not be returning to this location and I hope anyone who ate here in the past 5 days (or ever does in the future) has checked their food before eating it.

This gobler is worth the try. It has all the great flavors and goodness but in a healthy way. I have gut issues that limit my food intake. This sandwich hit the holiday spot!
