Sunshine Vegan Eats

Such a lovely little place! If you’re veggie or vegan definitely try this restaurant! We loved the Buffalo wings, the plantains and the lettuce wrap. The service was amazing and the cook guided us through gluten free options of their menu! We really loved and are planning on coming back :)

Stopped by on our drive through town and were blown away by the experience. Hands down the most incredible vegan comfort food I’ve ever had! The ribs were great, but I especially loved the meatloaf, macaroni & cheese, and yams. The staff are amazing, and owner Nikki is such a joy! If you’re in Buffalo make this a priority visit!

No frills but a pleasant atmosphere with tables and chairs and the service counter similar to a Chinese takeout. The service was warm and friendly. I was on a special diet for the week (low carb and low methionine). The owner catered to my specifications and made a special stir fry greens with mushrooms, onions and other filler greens topped with her special green cilantro sauce. Wow! It was delicious! I wasn't supposed to have much of any processed impossible meat type products but I had to try the meatloaf which has a bit of it plus other green leafy filler. I couldn't have the normal side of corn bread so she gave me more sides of greens. Wow! It was so good! Hard to tell that there's no meat! Yum! Since I couldn't eat too much of the meatloaf because of my special diet dictated by my physician only for the week, I took it home to continue to have a bit for the next 2 days in divided portions. The other great reviews are correct about the food. I'll be back to try the sauteed lion's mane mushroom steak and other hearty veggy dishes.

We tried Sunshine Eats for the first time today and loved it! The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. The staff was so kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Just passing through on a road trip and googled "vegan" and stumbled across this place. Absolutely some of the best vegan 'junk' food I've ever had. You can tell everything is made fresh from scratch, including some lovely juices. Service was friendly, quick, and atmosphere is was homely. 100% will come back to Buffalo just for this restaurant!
