We love Hollycake house! This is our second time ordering cupcakes from them and they were absolutely delicious and fit our baby shower theme perfectly!! Highly recommend the chocolate peanut butter, lemon raspberry, and funfetti!! Although I’m sure there’s not any flavor of theirs that would disappoint!

Everything is delicious, but the cupcakes and cakes are especially amazing! I only wish they were open a little later so I could go more often. Highly recommend!

Loved this spot! All vegan and sandwiches made to order. Super tasty baked goods too. Coffee was just ok, so maybe I’d skip that or try a different kind next time. Highly recommend, even if you aren’t vegan.

I was so excited to eat here while visiting Rochester area for the first time with my partner, but very disappointed. The atmosphere was pretty awful - it seemed as though the manager was fighting with the employees which created an uncomfortable energy while we were waiting for our order. The aesthetics inside are lacking and make other locations in the city preferable to grab a vegan meal. I got a bagel with vegan cream cheese - pretty hard to mess that up, yet there was barely any cream cheese on it and the bagel was cold by the time I finally got it. Fortunately my partner’s meal was good enough to redeem the awful environment and weird petty energy.

Edit: today I ordered a Santa Fe breakfast sandwich. A short girl with a backwards hat on waited on me. She asked if I wanted a side with the sandwich. I said “oh, does it come with a side?” To which she said “you can get a side with anything.” Still confused as to whether the side was included or not, I asked “is it extra?” to which she responded “yes, everything is…” ok, so why ask if I want a side? Or if you’re going to ask, say something like “would you like to add a side for $___? She never once smiled and she made me feel unwelcome. She also didn’t greet me when I walked in, I had to say hi to her. And there was no one else there at the time. Finally went today after wanting to go for months. Ordered a chocolate caramel toffee cake slice, two breakfast sandwiches and a Frappuccino. Everything was good, the cake slice was incredible. Very clean and inviting café. Will definitely order a custom cake from them for special occasions. My only suggestion is to make breakfast sandwiches available on something other than a bagel, like an English muffin, sourdough toast or even a croissant.
