Exquisite vegan food and drinks in the coziest lil atmosphere with the sweetest Italian-from-Italy chef cheffing behind the counter. I dream of the lemon poppy muffins. The (vegan) chickpea chicken Caesar wrap is on my mind at least once a day. The hand-crafted caffeinated beverages have the best nondairy froth in town. Still so smooth and creamy. Cruelty-free dining, so don’t expect cows milk and please be kind to the owners they’re the best. Also they have a fun collection of coffee table books for all ages. I love it here

I feel so lucky to have Martina and Eddie running this vegan eatery in my community. The food is exceptional. The flavors, quality, and overall experience is wonderful. I have eaten everything there from breakfast lunch dinner to dessert. I have also had food catered from them. Every time I am pleased and so are my guests - some of which aren’t “vegan”. Thank you!!!

The food was delicious. The service is great for only 1 person waiting on customers. The serving sizes are tremendous. Even the coffee cups were huge. Loved the food . We'll definitely be going back.

Fermento in the West End of Long Beach was incredible!!!! The food was so fresh and absolutely delicious and the owners are the sweetest! 100% vegan! We definitely found a new favorite date spot 💖🌱

So happy I found this place ... Recently went organic and not eating any meat from animals ... Walked by it after picking up my laundry one day and once I went in I fell in love with the place, the food and the people ever since ... All the food is amazing and healthy and it’s hard not to keep ordering more once you start ! And besides the amazing breakfast options and lunch options you just want to bring home all the amazing home made breads, croissants, cakes and deserts home with you too !! Definitely recommend it and I can’t wait to bring my sister with me the next time she comes to visit me in Long Beach. Thanks Again !!!
