Root 2 Rise NY

We went to Root2Rise after hiking nearby. • The idea behind the place is cool. • They use food from organic farms, which is nice. • They have a menu without gluten, which is good for some people. • The place looks simple inside. • We saw many people picking up food to go. • I had some questions about how they package food: We ate there, but they gave us takeout boxes. They used plastic lids and plastic forks and spoons. I am not sure why they do this for people eating in the restaurant. • The food was mixed: The lasagna was very tasty. The mushroom toast was too salty. The vegetable sandwich was too plain. We had to pay extra for sauce on the sandwich. When we mixed the toast and sandwich, it tasted great. Overall, some things were good, but some could be better.

Fantastic 100% plant based. The best everything bagel I have ever eaten! Unbelievably good brioche bread I had it toasted garlic and marinara dipping sauce were super delicious. Love that everything was gluten-free! Highly recommend visiting

Found this place because the FDR pool was closed, and we thought let's get something to eat while we wait. We were NOT disappointed going here. The staff was helpful and friendly. I believe the owner was there as well. She was the most humble and nice person ever. The food was amazing. All the explosions of taste in your mouth you won't be missing out eating here. Since we're not from the area, we also took some things to go, and we're already planning a trip back because we've almost eaten everything.

Very fresh and tasty. Absolutely healthy. Must visit again to try more items from the menu.

Overall experience at the restaurant was great. I went with some friends and we were all impressed with the service. I highly recommended the refuel b smoothie. I got the pesto pizza and it tasted great as well. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to friends!
