Customer service is top notch here!! It was my first time, and the gentleman took the time to explain the menu and let me sample a dish! I am so glad I stopped here. I was in NY for less than 24 hours, and this spot was perfect! The food was ridiculously delicious!! 10 out of 10. I even took home some jackfruit tuna in a container. Love it!

Customer service was great! Very welcoming and the sample was tasty. The food was tasty such as the chocolate pudding, guacamole, artichoke salad, peanut butter cup, Cole slaw, french fries. Somethings needed improvement. The jackfruit needed more flavor, perhaps marinade overnight. The collard greens needed to be sliced thinner, crustini was slightly overseasoned and tortilla chips a tad salty. Overall, I would go back, the pesto was very tasty. Would like to try a panini.

I came in and ordered lunch to go. The staff was super friendly, and the food was delicious. My favorite thing was the Mac’n’cheese balls. They were incredible! They were served with a delicious aioli, but also were plenty flavorful without the dip. I was also impressed by the portion size of the bacon, egg and cheese panini. It was tasty and filling. Rock n Roots also has a fridge with a selection of Togo items, like juices, their various salads and desserts. I got the chocolate mousse, which was rich and creamy.

First time coming with my best friend and had such an incredible experience. Jacob and Peter were so hospitable and welcoming.. Not to mention the food we got the jackfruit quesadillas which comes with french fries and also the sweet potato bean burger were both so satiating and we are definitely coming back for more. We also enjoyed a delicious matcha tropical smoothie and last but not least had a sweet tooth so got it to go but some chocolate mousse and a peanut butter bar.

I absolutely love this powerhouse couple and what they've been doing. I visited for the first time and I was absolutely in awe by how many options they had and how many things were made in-house. I had an amazing passion fruit drink, an amazing blueberry cheesecake and a cute little pumpkin pie slice. It was all heavenly. I recommend the mushroom burger. I am more than happy to spend my money there; I support you guys and your cause! Thank you for being excellent, being unique, and thank you for the great customer service.
