Romeo's Vegan Burgers

Good customer service is not as easy to find these days but, you will definitely find it here! Plenty 😊 I am very appreciative of the patience given walking me through the various varieties in burgers. This helped me to make an excellent suggestion. My food was super tasty!! I picked the restaurant's house burger as my base, yummy! I just wish the tea came in a bigger cup. I hope you enjoy as much as I did!

Not bad not bad the drinks(Tea was a 8.5 out of 10) Cups too small/the the burger was a 8 out of 10( too many onions) but to be a vegan burger and it’s my first time here and trying vegan food at all left a great impression. they was not even busy Store was clean clerk was super friendly. the chillies cheese fries was excellent but again too many onions ruined it I give it a 8 out of 10 but excellent overall experience I will be coming back with other ppl for sure.Great job.

This is by far the best vegan burger place in all of CLT! Staff is amazing and so kind. They will accommodate any need and genuinely have a family vibe to the entire place.

The #1 burger was good. I always choose Impossible burgers when given a choice. The food was tasty. The service was great. It also didn’t take long to get out orders for 8 people during lunch on a Friday. Everyone should go.

I’ve eaten here a few times and decided to take my younger brother. He literally said “I can’t believe this is plant-based!” and rated his meal a 9/10 including his strawberry shake with fresh strawberries! I ordered a combo meal with sweet potato fries and they accidentally gave me an order of regular fries, I informed them and they apologized and gave me an order of sweet potato fries with extra sweet potato fries because of the mistake. (black box) I even witnessed the owner give an order of fries to a customer who wanted to buy some extra as a snack! The customer service is amazing and truly outstanding! Not only the food but the service keeps you wanting to spend your money!!
