Loving Hut

The buffalo wrap was delicious! The dumplings were just okay and I didn’t like the Mac n’ cheese at all. The oatmeal walnut raisin cookie was my favorite. The cranberry pecan cookie lacked flavor.

Recently had my first experience with this establishment. I do not live close-approximately 40-45 minutes away. I was in the area and decided to fit in several things in there in my day. I ordered ahead for pick up. Very glad I did. When I arrived at my pick up time I waited at least 10 minutes to get to the register. The customer ordering took a lot of time asking questions. Then everything seemed to stop as the cashier was very busy helping in the kitchen area. I don't think my food was even cooked yet at my pick up time. I finally walked out almost 15 minutes after my original pick up time. In saying all that... I must say that the cashier was extremely friendly and apologetic. She explained that they have several "rush" times, and I hit one of them. Sort of understandable. But the timeliness of my order pick up is still a reason I did not give 5 stars overall. I will definitely give a HUGE 5 star rating to the food! It is hard to find a 100% vegan establishment. This did not disappoint as far as the quality and taste of the food. I tried the spring rolls-spot on with the dipping sauce. The dumplings were a delightful mix of seared, chewy outside and flavorful inside. Other reviews mentioned you would either love the mac n cheese or not. I am a LOVER for sure. Great texture and wonderfully creamy. I had the chili cheese brat as my entree. WOW!!! This place nailed it with the Cincinnati chili. I would give this way more than 5 star if I could. I ordered chocolate cake, carrot cake and a cookie. I have not tried those as of this review but will revisit. So aside from the timing issue I will definitely be back when in the area. I'll just be mindful of the possible wait time. Highly recommend.

The food is great, and the people who work there are really friendly but I've had trouble calling in an order on two separate occasions. Today I called and they asked if I could hold. I did and waited.. and waited... and waited while I heard them chatting away in the backround. The second time it was just busy for like two hours. I love their food and friendliness but if I can't order from work and pick up my food quickly, then I'll have to look somewhere else.

I'm not a vegan, or even vegetarian, but I this is one of my favorite places to eat. I miss being able to eat in, but even take out is good. Food is always fresh and tasty. For what you get, the prices are amazingly low, in my opinion. Bought a large noodle dish and I have enough for 3 meals! Staff are always friendly and helpful despite always being swamped and pulled in 4 different directions.

I am Loving Hut’s biggest fan. As a gluten free vegan, it’s next to impossible to have “treats” when I go out to eat. I typically settle for fries and a disappointing impossible burger (if I’m lucky!)… and dessert?! Forget about it!! At loving hut, I eat like a king. I have endless options and the food is SO consistent. I’ve never had an order that I was disappointed in. My favorites are the impossible burger, drumsticks, Mexican wrap and the GF chocolate chip cookie. A DREAM! I either DoorDash or online order from here 2+ times a week. The people that work here are so kind too. Nothing but great things to say. I’ve been vegetarian for 24 years, vegan for 11, and gluten free for 6 too so you know that I know what I’m talking about! :)
