Can't Believe It's Vegan

Ok! Let me tell you a story: I drove into Columbus for fashion week, at the end of my day all I wanted was some good HEALTHY food. Turns out they closed before I was able to get there - the next morning I made sure to stop by before getting back on the road to head back to Cleveland. When I went walking happily to the door they weren’t open for another 15 min — so you know what I did : that’s right, I WAITED! I walked in and a smiling gentleman named Clayton greeted me with such warmth and kindness. I asked him his favorites and he said EVERYTHING TWICE! He then proceeded to let me know to take my time and as he patiently waited for me to choose, he offered me a sample of the soup of the day : Greek spiced cauliflower which was SO FLAVORFUL! I decided on 6 wings : Carolina & Buffalo and a side of Mac and cheese. Of course I couldn’t pass up his cinnamon cake and a sparkling lemonade. He made my order Fresh, and delivered it to my table with a lovingly presentation. The environment is so peaceful, the service is beyond what I could ever ask for and the look and taste of the food was IMMACULATE!!! And to top everything off : as he checked in to make sure everything was to my liking he blessed me with a sample of his delicious greens ( with a hilarious story to add ) - the vibes, the food and the service at Can’t Believe It’s Vegan are literally top tier.

Do yourself a favor and stop here to eat. I was I town for a day. Stopped for lunch and it was so good after my meeting I came back for dinner. In total today I had the Philly cheese steak (special of the day), Spicy Sausage Hoagie, Mac and cheese, French fries, sweet potato fries, soup of the day, cornbread, and a piece of coffee cake. Everything was so delicious I wanted to lick my plate. I was there when they opened and about an hour before closing and the bathrooms were squeaky clean both times. I was blown away by everything. This is my new favorite Columbus area vegan comfort food. Well done Can’t believe it’s Vegan. Thank you for making my day.

The staff is friendly and very helpful with making selections. I wanted the CBV lasagna rolls but they take 30 minutes. I would love to come back and try them The cash is Study nursing and also sold me on the blueberry dessert. He also offered soup for us to sample. I recommend this place. The chili soup sample was great.

First time here! I appreciate the open atmosphere of the dining area. Several menu options. Hubby and I ordered the special, the Cheez Steak hoagie with seasoned fries. I also had the house potato soup with a piece of sweet cornbread, which had a very full flavor and a bit of heat, very yummy! The hoagies were stuffed, I believe a combination of mushrooms, onions, and jackfruit. It was very flavorful and very filling. For dessert, I had the berry cake. It was moist and tasty. For me, this was a truly delicious and filling meal, which at times is hard to achieve for vegan. I'm definitely planning to come back again!

Great atmosphere, great choice. There are only a few gluten free options, but the fact that both varieties of fries are on that list makes up for it. I had the Burrito Bowl with Sweet Potatoe Fries and my friend got the Chicken Sandwich. It was delicious and filling! Would definitely recommend checking them out for yourself.
