This place is the ultimate go to for Vegan foodies. The owner is straight up talented and can make any meal tasty, satisfying and - loaded with a explosion of flavors. My favorite is her salad and peanut sauce, and her donuts! YUMMY! 😋 Recently, I dined at a special event by Sprout & Lentil and it was a five star dining experience! See pics💗🙏🏼

Sprout and Lentil…NEVER disappoints! I ordered the nachos and beet falafel wrap and it was phenomenal! The service, the presentation and taste! 10 out of 10. As a vegan is HARD to find places you can just enjoy your food without the worry of “what’s in here”. I’m grateful for this place! Definitely will be back because most importantly they are CONSISTENT!! Thank you Sprout and Lentil!

I can't emphasize enough how delicious the dishes are here. As someone who isn't vegan or vegetarian, I met a friend for brunch, and I have to say, this place is a must-visit if you're in the Newport area. Unlike many places in RI, this spot truly knows how to season their food expertly. Even their chips were perfectly seasoned—I'd say they’re ten times better than Chipotle's. The service was excellent and attentive to your preferences, which is a big plus these days. I have no complaints at all. I ordered the nachos, which were fantastic, and the huevos rancheros, which were equally impressive and well priced Thank you!

Phenomenal vegan food! We came here on a Sunday so we got a few choices from the brunch menu and they were absolutely delicious. We will definitely be coming back again to try out some more menu items!

Went here tonight for dinner for the first time and everything we tried was so good! We got the nachos, mac and cheese, V-royale cheese burger, V-rex burger and fries. I ordered the V-rex without the bun because I'm gluten free and don't like wraps (which they offer). Even without the bread my burger was amazing- probably one of the best I've had. This is definitely not a place that just gives you salad or poorly cooked tofu for vegan options. It's also hard to find good gluten-free options on top of being vegan, so we were pleasantly surprised that everything was so flavourful and clearly thought out. Even the fries were great! There are good vibes when you walk in, staff was super friendly, and the food was cooked quickly. You can either do take out, or they have a few tables inside and outside if you want to dine in. *Gender neutral bathrooms.
