I recently visited Cashew and was pleasantly surprised by their nachos. The chips were perfectly crispy, and the toppings were generous and flavorful. The melted Cashew cheese was gooey and delicious, and the salsa added a nice kick. If you're a nacho lover, I highly recommend giving Cashew a try!

Everything we had was delicious!!! The garlicky kale, Thai loaded sweet potato, chorizo mac, cheesy potato chowder, beet burger and tots. Black bean avocado brownie for dessert. I could eat here every day. Friendly service, nice atmosphere. I wish we had this place in my hometown!!!

First of all, we give dedicated vegan restaurants 5 stars unless it’s REALLY bad. Finally got a chance to try Cashew, and really enjoyed the food. Lots of things you’d expect to see on the menu, friendly people, and good flavors. Will be updating this review as I try more things. Buffalo bowl: 8/10 - would prefer more ranch than buffalo, but good Maple 🎃 donut: 10/10 Cookie dough cupcake: 8/10 Blondie: 10/10 Jackfruit sando: 10/10 - good balance of flavors, didn’t overdo the slaw or chiz, good sauce. Would definitely eat it again. Burger: 10/10 - standard, but good. Salad w/ranch: 11/10 - good salad, but this place got dat gooooood ranch. Mac: 8/10 - one of the better vegan macs. Probably wants to be dressed up a little. Chorizo: 7/10 - normally not a big fan of vegan chorizo, but this one was pretty good. They recommended mixing the chorizo into the mac, and I tried it their way, but it wasn’t for me. I think the mac wants some chive garnish, or maybe a little diced tomato.

I checked this place out as it was highly recommended by a close friend and it did not disappoint. I had a meatball sub which I used to eat all the time before going vegetarian but for obvious reasons haven’t eaten one. I was amazed at the flavor and texture of this vegan version. I had a great experience all around. The staff and atmosphere was excellent. Highly recommended!!

Excellent food combined with wonderful service = fabulous experience !! Must try - vegan Philly Cheesesteak Service is extremely accommodating including side substitutions and items on the side such as sour cream & cashew cheese (some of our party wanted to try). If you want to add or change something - just ask :) Paid parking available in front of restaurant - note the entrance faces river side Recommend reservation for a larger party - seating is somewhat limited.
