Pingala Cafe & Eatery North Ave

Behind the doors of that bright red food truck parked inside the cafe are a bunch of young chefs creating out-of-this-world delicious food! The vegan Caesar bowl and blueberry apple muffin are absolute top shelf items. This is vegan food done really well.

Great spot! The maple latte and croissant were excellent. The food was pretty good overall, although a little lacking in flavor for my taste. Portions were quite filling. The staff was friendly. Overall, it was a lovely experience!

I went here with my girlfriend yesterday. It was great. I was so hungry and the food was amazing. The aesthetic of the cafe is so unique and I love that there’s a restaurant where I can eat anything on the menu. The broccoli bar food truck is amazing as well. My girlfriend is not vegan, but she was excited to try and loved it as well. We’ll be back next time we’re in the north end!

We thought was ok but not great, not super flavourful. Service was a bit awkward; girl was nice, but could have been a bit more helpful for recommendations and describing the menu. Ambiance was pretty cool.

Love their new location! It’s so well-designed and just a really fun place to eat. We had the smokehouse burger (special), French toast puffs, and spring rolls. The cookies were DELICIOUS. We’ll be back!
