Amazing food at an unexpected place. My partner and I walked in later than ideal, yet the kitchen and the server were accommodating and really, really friendly. The chicken sandwich with Buffalo and ranch was absolutely amazing - the veggies were fresh, the batter was crisp and crunchy, and the ranch was delicious. The buns are toasted and also so soft and fluffy. We also had the Western, which really, REALLY hit the spot. The 'bacon' was crispy and the barbeque sauce was awesome. The food was filling and way better than other places at similar price points. If you're in the mood for some unreal vegan greasy-spoon food, look no further. The drive up from Seattle is so worth it.

Bayside Cafe is one of my absolute favorites! Not only are the owners and staff so kind and caring, the food quality, menu specials, and comfort food is always on point! I've taken many non-vegan friends here and they always have a positive experience. I also had my wedding dress rehearsal here over the summer and it was fabulous! We got to reserve the entire lounge area to ourselves and we coordinated with Jasper to have special appetizers for our group, along with a 3 menu options we selected for our guests to choose from. They were so wonderful to work with, giving us a tasting beforehand and offering menu specials from the past that aren't on their regular menu! All of our guests (all non-vegan except me) loved the food and had nothing but amazing things to say! From the mac salad to fried mushrooms to the burger options, everything was an absolute hit! We even got our own bartender for our group who was very attentive and got everyone's needs met. Having the lounge space to ourselves struck the balance of an intimate setting with our closest friends and family, but also offered plenty of space for people to spread out and mingle. Most other places just offer one small banquet room with a large table, so you can't really mingle or talk to everyone, which is one of the reasons we opted for Bayside for this occasion. I highly recommend Bayside, and definitely consider hosting an event there. They are so great to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to have another event there in the future!

Been coming to The Bayside Cafe for years at several different locations. I guess you could consider me somewhat of a follower, but they make it well worth it. They have definitely maintained their delicious food, great and friendly service, and awesome atmosphere over the years and it really shows! I’ve tried everything from the nachos to the breakfast sandwich, but my go to is always the breakfast burrito. It’s absolutely massive, stays hot while you’re eating, and the ingredients are always cooked perfectly! Trust me when I say that if you’re in Everett (or not) and in the mood for some high quality, pub-style, plant-based food, Bayside is the place to go! Get in here!

The whole menu is vegan! We ordered the chikun sandwiches (original and ghost) with tots and curly fries. Everything was delicious. Right up there with the best vegan chicken sandwiches I've ever had - crispy breading and juicy "meat." I don't know if the interior design is a finished product, but as it currently is, I did find the decor confusing. It is super obvious that the place used to be a Chinese restaurant. In my opinion, it doesn't match the food.

Gosh I love the atmosphere of this place! The way they kept some of the Chinese decor and added neon and funky paint colors and posters is just so much fun, and the food was just as delicious and comfort-food-style as promised! I wish this was close to where I live now in California (we were visiting family in WA), I would go all the time. I also loved that the restrooms were labeled by whether they had stalls vs urinals, a nice inclusive touch. Super enjoyable experience!
