I don't have any dietary restrictions, this food is just really good. The vegan scramble I ate at boots was better than any egg and cheese scramble I've ever had, and the gluten free ginger cookie had an amazing crisp chewy texture and spicy sweet flavor, and the brownie with the boozy sauce is incredible, and the service there is always excellent, helpful and considerate

Boots Bakery is the place I’ve been looking for my whole life. Being a person with a severe dairy allergy, it’s really difficult to eat anything I don’t prepare myself. Finding Boots a few years ago was like a sigh of relief. The food is incredible. The staff is always so kind. But my last experience was above and beyond everything I could have expected. I was looking for desserts for my wedding that I knew I could enjoy. I spoke to a few people throughout the months of planning and deciding on flavors. We ended up ordering a peanut butter chocolate cake (absolutely decadent), a bajillion mini cupcakes (salted caramel frosting with chocolate cake, strawberry shortcake, spiced chocolate, and raspberry frosting with lemon cake), and pumpkin scones for breakfast. Everything turned out absolutely perfect. The cupcakes were enjoyed by everyone, and nobody guessed they were vegan and gluten free. Alison was so attentive and kind when discussing the final details. She made sure I got exactly what I wanted and even tested stacking my cake layers to be sure it would work how I wanted it to work. She was super open to making whatever flavor cupcakes I wanted and provided some guidance where necessary to ensure a perfect delivery. Everything was perfect 😊

We visited Spokane for the Anime Convention and found this amazing place while walking around. The food here is all vegetarian and gluten free. One of the rare occasions the wife and I could dine like a regular couple and not worry about the menu. This is a must experience date night location, or pop in during the morning for a cup of coffee and the sweets.

What a Hidden Gem! Stumbled upon this charming little bakery and was instantly impressed. It’s nestled within a delightful complex that also houses an excellent coffee shop and a few other intriguing spots. Though it’s a bit early in the day, I couldn’t help but eye the Rocky Road brownie—it looks absolutely indulgent! Can’t wait to try it on my next visit. This place is definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area!

Stopped in for coffee at Hatch and saw the baked goods here at Boots Bakery. We love making chewy ginger molasses cookies during the holidays so I couldn’t pass up the ginger cookie. It was at the top of the ginger spectrum without being too much! It made me want to try the rest of the menu in the future. Definitely worth stopping in. Indoor seating is great too. Solid atmosphere.
