Golden Dinosaurs

I love veggies, but I LOVE meat and dairy. I’ve never visited a strictly vegan restaurant, but I’d been eyeing Golden Dinosaur for years. Went in highly skeptical that they could imitate/rival “the real thing”, specifically cheese. We tried the burger, buffalo chicken sandwich, chili cheese fries, macaroni and cheese, brownie, Cobb salad and a bbq sandwich. EVERY ITEM was not only phenomenal but also very convincing. Even the “blue cheese crumbles” and “egg” on the Cobb. Easily, EASILY one of the best restaurants I’ve eaten at! Not to be outdone, the customer service was incredible. I believe we placed our order with the owner, and she was so helpful and kind. She really added that extra rizz to an already memorable experience! I am obsessed with this place place ! All of the delicious fried goodness you would expect from an all Vegan restaurant! With some local dishes, like the Cuban or Po Boy that make it unique.would love to come back and try more. If you are headed to Gulfshore or Saint Pete’s beach, make sure to stop here for free Grub!

Delightful little spot. Food was incredible- and Vegan. Loved the vibe, service was great, and lunch was grub. Two thumbs up for the Buffalo tempeh on sourdough and the featured 3 bros IPA. Will come back with friends to enjoy the patio. Plenty of fans to keep cool even in the summer. Highly recommend.

It's a NO for me....a sad no because I was very excited to try ... I got the Bleu Steak and macaroni...paid $21 and I am extremely disappointed. It didn't taste like there was ANY blue cheese sauce at all on the sandwich and I will let the picture of the macaroni speak for itself. 👀 I saw something about birria tacos on Tuesdays and now I'm not sure if I should try again...

I've been coming to GD since they opened. My go-to is always the chili cheese loaded waffle fries but I like trying different items on their menu. They have rotating specials all the time, too, which is fun. I'm never disappointed!
