Litterally the best vegan spot with phenomenal prices and food. We got two chagasmash burgers, the taco trio and oyster tenders for 42 dollars. The burgers came with fries. I can only WISH they'd come to AZ. Everything on the menu is vegan. I can't praise this place enough. Absolutely a great find top to bottom.

Delicious and affordable , the vegan ranch is definitely a must have with your meal. The food is Flavorful, filling, and you won't feel guilty after because everything is vegan . Worth every penny.

Incredible and inspired food, appealing to the masses but instilled w a deep understanding of powerful superfoods. My friend Shane has created a delicious menu and cozy bright space that's familiar even though it's an innovative all mushroom based restaurant and menu. The staff was really helpful and sweet, clearing my table for me after I finished eating and guiding through the menu as it was my first visit and I had questions. The food was super delicious and well balanced as well as a bit decadent in all the right ways. The burger didn't fall apart on me all the way through although they included a fork and knife on my tray that when they brought the food out to me. The burger doesn't look huge but was totally filling and didn't give me any heavy belly feelings either which can happen w beyond and impossible burgers. Although the burger patty looked very similar to a traditional meat-style burger. The french fries are maybe the best fries I've had in Las Vegas, and the chocolate protein shake was filling and not too sweet. I'll be driving across town again soon just for this and will be telling all my vegan friends about it too. It's so amazing and inspiring what they've done with the mushroom, and I'm glad they're helping to popularize it because there are so many amazing mushrooms that should be used more in everyday culinary masterpieces. Can't wait to come back!

Tried ChagaRoot randomly for today’s lunch and they did not disappoint! The food’s great, the staff are all friendly, and the place itself is nice and clean. We ordered their best seller - ChagaSmash Burger. I would definitely come back to try different items on their menu. Thank you!

I ate a chaga burger with reishi, chaga, cordyceps, shitake, and another mushroom; it was delicious 😋 and came with delicious french fries and a animal sauce to dip the fries in. Very nice friendly staff. I will eat here again Third visit in January 2024.....oh yum, I love the smash burger and had to eat another one tonight. Another customer ate a trip of tacos and they looked so full and over flowing; she said they were very delicious 😋 I plan to eat here every time I go to Vegas and hope they open a location in Palm Springs? I would love to have one in Michigan
