The NMCali with BBQ Tempeh is seriously one of the best burritos I've ever had, vegan or otherwise. Big portions, huge flavor, great service. I'll be back... many times. 💚

Amazing amazing amazing vegan food! This little café is tucked inside the imperial Motel complex, the atmosphere was clean. There was a DJ and the staff was friendly. We had loaded fries, Frito pie, and street tacos… The non-vegans couldn’t believe that it was vegan! Heads up to those who may not know, if you see Rubik’s cubes sitting on a table, they are not for public use, and they belong to a grown man in the kitchen— who will be very, very uncomfortable if you touch them.

I really enjoyed the sandwich I had here - it was consistently spicy and very filling. The fries with ketchup and queso were a nice compliment. Really appreciate the service here; you can tell they are putting effort and care into every order.

Always delicious food for vegans and non-vegans! My husband, who isn't vegan, loves to come here for the tasty burgers and tostadas! I love the seitan tacos, crunch wrap, and definitely the chile cheez fries! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Generous portions as well! The new permanent spot (food pod) is great! You can order food, go get a drink from the bar while you wait and enjoy your delicious food inside or on the patio! One of the best vegan restaurants in NM!

I ordered the Frito pie and it did not disappoint! The vegan protein was deliciously designed, and as a Nuevo Mexicano I was impressed by the beans and chile. I’m always at the gym or in the dance studio so I appreciated the hearty portion. Great people and location downtown! Hope everyone can check it out!
