Vegos

I have eaten or gotten food from this place about eight times by now, and can say with confidence that it is consistently excellent. It is always ready in a timely manner, and the staff is always courteous and helpful. The food is delicious, and the portion sizes are substantial. My favorite is the poboy, and I just tried the sweet potato fries with sauce and that was great too. They used to have a bbq sandwich which I really liked but haven’t seen it for a little while. My only wish is that they were open a little later, like until seven or eight so it was possible to get food after work! ( closed a couple days a week wouldn’t be so bad for this exchange)

Vegos is an absolute dream come true! I stopped by while in Albuquerque and had the most amazing experience. I ordered the stuffed sopapilla with seitan, calabacitas, and both chile on the side, plus a concha and a churro for dessert. Everything was beyond delicious! You would never guess it’s all vegan because the flavors were so rich and authentic—it truly captures the essence of New Mexico cuisine. The service was top tier. The cashier was phenomenal—she gave stellar recommendations and was so friendly and welcoming. Her enthusiasm made the experience even better! I’m honestly sitting here drooling just writing this review. If New Mexico were closer, I’d be making daily trips just for Vegos. It’s that good! Do yourself a favor and check this place out—you won’t regret it!

So good! Vegan food for the fast food junkie. The menu is amazing and makes it hard to pick just one food item. The NCMC tofu sandwich was so good, also added an order of fries and glad I did they were the right amount of crisp and salty. The staff was super welcoming and friendly, they checked in on us halfway through our meal and made sure we had everything we needed. Would recommend for anyone looking for great vegan food!

One of the best restaurants in town, vegan or not. I got the Po’ Boy this time and it was pretty good, I’ve been jumping around the menu the last few visits. Ive been coming since Vegos was a food truck on 12th.. and still all of these dishes have such distinct flavors and textures, having developed and expanded over time. My favorite so far is probably the Sandia and some French toast sticks, but I’m yet to try the sopas. Thanks guys!

The food was delicious and the service was fast. Will definitely be back next time I’m in the area. I haven’t had vegan churros yet and can’t wait to try it next time. The portion sizes are big and the prices are reasonable. They were happy to do without chiles for those without spice tolerance.
