"Vegan•ish"

I have tried to order from this store like 3-4 times over the last two weeks. Each time I end up waiting over an HOUR, I get a notification that a driver is on their way to pick up my order, and then at the last minute the store cancels the order. Like every single time. Today they cancelled my entire order because they were “out of a menu item.” I’d rather they call me and substitute than to just cancel my entire food order when I’d been waiting for over an hour. It was already evening and other stores I could have ordered food from closed because I was totally expecting to eat here. After 3 instances that’s enough for a review for me. Really wanted to try them, but oh well. That’s poor customer service.

The service was great. Food and Drink was impeccable. The food was fresh and so yummy. I actually did a little dance when I first bit into the burger. Place is very clean. I had the Burger, Southwestern Salad and the Carrot Ginger Lemonade.

Ok, it was expensive... But it was WELL WORTH EVERY PENNY! Ordered: - spicy chicken sandwich - nacho cheese burger - regular burger - buffalo cauliflower - regular & cheese fries - chocolate and vanilla shake Came to $80 but when I say it was delicious- I would definitely come back and not even blink at the price. My only negative is when I was handed my tray is was very hot and almost burned my fingers and no knives are available, but the cook was kind enough to cut my kid's burger for them in the back. The service was friendly and fast.

There is no consistency with the food they sell. I get a different type of chicken nugget every time I order. The fries are different even the burger doesn't taste the same. I had to call to verify whether or not it's actually vegan. The price fluctuates as well which is annoying. I like the old nuggets but I can't even tell you which ones.

Unfortunately I got food poisoning from eating seafood at this place. My first experience here, my boyfriend got food poisoning, but I didn’t, so I was unsure if this restaurant was to blame. I decided to order from this place again. The second time I came back, I was immediately sick, throwing up/diarrhea all day at work, and had to leave work early. I’m not sure if it’s cross contamination, or poor food handling, but something needs to be changed at this place. They can really kill someone.
