I ordered delivery today and it took me $12 (fee and tax not included) Here is what I got. A sip of overcooked sweet potato, some broccoli stalk instead of broccoli crown, countable onion and carrot slides. But fortunately I got some credit back after reporting this issue to online customer service. Want to lose weight? A salad bowl less than 500 kcal is here for you!🥲

I go to multiple Sweetgreen locations depending on where I am. I love their salads! I've tried menu items and created my own. You can't go wrong with either option. This place is a go-to for healthy food options! The only negative review is online ordering. I received less food when I did that. I recommend going in-store to order. Also, I hope the company re-packages their teas to say “unsweetened”.

Ordered for an 8:30p pick up and they prepared it an hour early. When we arrived the hot bowls were super cold but we were in a rush and you could tell the employees were checked out anyways. When we got home to open them up none of our orders had dressing that we ordered.

My husband and I ordered from here twice and never will again. The first time they forgot half of my salad- missing the chicken, extra toppings I added (and charged me for). The second time, they were 25 minutes late even though we ordered ahead of time and then told us the wild rice was gone. Don’t order from here!

I’ve been ordering deliveries here for over a year. I’ve always known that the delivery plates are not as full as what you get in store. But today it got out of hands and this is just UNACCEPTABLE. I know sometimes delivery shakes up the container a bit but this plate is clearly only half full. The plates are already inches shallower than they were a year ago, and now I’m paying $18 for half a half-inch tall plate? No thanks. Go check out how your next door neighbor Cava fills up a bowl. You’re a scam and I’m never ordering again.
