Sunflower Bakehouse

Stopped here on our way home from the airport. We received great service. The staff was very attentive and explained the menu well. The food was excellent. The TBLT was my favorite of the dishes we got. I also loved the Cherry Parfait. They offer kids meals that both of my non-vegan kids enjoyed.

I came here for the first time with some friends not too long ago... I can't believe I hadn't been before. They have all these beautiful vegan desserts behind glass. It was so hard to choose. Dessert-wise, in the end, I decided to take a Triple Cookie Dough Cake Parfait for later. And then later... Yeah, eating it was a dream. Just go see for yourself; the treats are just as decadent as the best dessert you've ever had, vegan or not vegan. I also had a Pesto Sausage Bake at the restaurant, and it was kind of perfect. The bread is cut into squares as the base, which I thought was super creative (and practical for ✨forks✨). The flavor blend of sausage, pesto, bread, and cheese all in between is an epitome of comfort food. Overall excellent food and a bright, happy atmosphere. I can't wait to visit again!

We love sunflower bakehouse. We have visited several times in the past, and visited 2 times on our short weekend trip recently to Nashville. We visit bakeries all over the USA and really love this one. It has plenty of options that taste excellent for our gluten free, vegan, and nut free lifestyle. We have never had any reactions to any of our allergies after visiting here. The cupcakes are moist taste amazing. It is not dry like some other gf places. Our non gf and non vegan, guests that come with us even enjoy it. The focaccia Italian type bake thing was good too it was the first time I tried it. The other times we have been here we always get the cupcakes. We have also tried wraps and breakfast biscuit sandwiches that we enjoyed as well. In fact, I don’t think I have ever gotten anything here I didn’t like. The bakehouse is great if you want baked goods. They also have a sunflower cafe that has more food options, and stocks a couple baked items in there fridge there. The food options are great at both, but baked options are fresher and at perfect temperature at this location. We will continue to visit here ever time we visit Nashville. ❤️😋

Absolutely LOVED this place. You would never know it’s gluten free and/or vegan. I haven’t had biscuits and gravy for forever and I was impressed. I had different kinds of muffins, cupcakes and little desserts. The smoothie (Funky Monkey) was fantastic. Pot pie and baked Mac’n cheese was wonderful. Absolutely no complaints. I am from out of town so it’s probably safe that this place is in Nashville or I would have some problems.

Delicious food and kind staff! I loved how much variety there was for gluten-free and vegan options! I had a breakfast sandwich, a parfait and a cup of tea. It even has enough space to get some work done. I hung out for a couple hours to get work done and had no issues!
