The BE Hive Deli & Market

Tried this for the first time earlier this year and had to come back for me. HIGHLY recommend the Classic. This place is too cute and they have a well-curated vegan deli. A wonderful staple of Nashville’s vegan community.

I recently started eating vegan and gluten free the guy at the register explained to me what seitan is. He was very nice and a riot he kept me laughing as i was waiting on my food. I ordered the buffalo tofu ceasar salad very very did i say very well im gonna say it again very good!!!! Layers of flavor gradual heat kale well dress delightful

Here's a funny (maybe a little embarrassing) story: we went in for a sandwich and smoothie, which were amazing, and didn't realize it was vegan until we saw a funny review complaining about the lack of meat. They fooled us in the best way, and we're glad we were surprised by their delicious food!

I think this may be my favorite vegan place in town... and I've been to so many! I am a huge fan of the alternative meats they serve here. I've eaten from here twice before writing my first review, and I can say that I haven't been disappointed in the least. The first time I came here, I got a Classic Chxn Kale Caesar Salad, and my friend got the Nashville Hot Sandwich (I think). I also got a sugar cookie. The salad was so good. I love how they dressed up the kale with the sunflower parm, and the Chxn was absolutely perfect. My cookie was also to-die-for, haha. The second time I ate here... I got the exact same thing, because it was so good the first time around. I did add some Buffalo Wings to my order, though, and they were awesome. I love how big they were, and the breading and texture was so good. I don't think I've had buffalo sauce as a vegan, and this was spot-on. I am definitely visiting again soon. Update November 2024: I eat here all the time. I've had their specials, crunch wraps, waffle fries, subs... Almost everything on the menu. My new go-to is the Classic or the Picnic sub sandwich, because I love their deli "meats." I have also tried all their cookies, and my favorite is still the Funfetti Sugar Cookie:)

HELL YES, this place is freakin' awesome. I'd love to be eloquent about it, but my excitement overrides everything. I haven't had a proper Italian sub since going vegan over a decade ago... until now. So bomb. The milkshakes was super delicious and—from what I can remember—indistinguishable from non-vegan shakes. We also split an amazing Caesar salad; love the choice to use tofu for the protein as it's the best and usually is pushed aside in favor of more processed options. Lots to be said about ACCESSIBILITY as well, I very much appreciate the relatively low prices, familiar choices on the menu and straightforward descriptions. Thanks for being a great vegan option!! Rock on.
