Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. This was our first time here and the waiter gave very detailed info on the dishes. Didn’t know it was a fully vegan spot but was not disappointed. The cozy curry won my heart and the carrot piña juice was delicious and refreshing as well. Even the water tasted pure. My friend got the fish tacos and said they were good but wasn’t as crunchy as she’d liked. She really enjoyed the Verde juice tho. We’ll definitely be back.

Very good vegan and gluten free calamari & hard shell tacos. No odd texture or weird aftertaste! Shredded cheese was great. I absolutely loved how many gluten free options there were and that breakfast is served all day. French toast w/ Leven bread was not for me at all. Much too grainy for my liking. Service was great and also really clean bathrooms. I definitely recommend Ginger Mule for those with dietary restrictions. They will take care of your hunger needs! 🍽️

Oh man I loved this place. I’m not vegetarian but I do love my share of vegan dishes + live dairy free. This place was great and had such an extensive and amazing menu! We had ordered the calamari and the coconut meat was delicious. The brussels sprouts were great. The squash lasagna was great and hit the spot for the cravings I have had for years for lasagna. The curry + cauliflower protein was delicious. This is a great place to introduce others who might not be acquainted to vegetarian meals. Everything was seasoned well. Our server was extremely attentive and also funny, really enjoyed him. We need to come back to try the desserts.

This place is memorable! The Fried mushroom sandwich on a pretzel bun with Buffalo sauce tastes just like a fried fish sandwich. The curry was DEEPLY DELICIOUS. It was absolutely mood changing. My soul calmed. I had to order another to go. I appreciate the open airy atmosphere and the nice and knowledgeable staff, especially Braulio! This was my favorite vegan place of our trip.

A really great and varied vegan menu with lots of options. The hot shroom sandwich is my favorite (only note is that the spicy maple is a little too sweet and not enough spice - just tastes like maple syrup). The fries are crispy and perfect. My partner had the sancocho and loved it. The staff is very friendly and the place is just overall good vibes. Ask the servers what they like - they give good recs!
