i was looking for vegetarian food near salt lake and this came up in the search and it looked good, and the reviews were good, so decided to check it out. i ordered the tofu pho, the veggie egg rolls and the five spices tofu banh mi. the veggie egg rolls were excellent, great flavor inside the accompanying sweet chili sauce was really good. the pho was a big portion and had lots of items but the pho broth was ok so overall the flavor was ok. the banh mi was average at best because the tofu became really chewy and didn’t have good flavor. overall good portion size and decent flavor for some menu times

Pretty impressive everything is vegan. The ginger tofu noodle salad was good, the tofu was cooked up nicely and had a crispness to it. The "beef" pho bowl was super tasty. However, the "meat" was bland. But the broth was delicious. Not a lot of gluten free options, but there are some. Would I go again, probably. But I'm not sure what I would try next time. The reason for 4 stars: The bathroom was disgusting. Smelled like urine, it had urine all over the seats. I decided not to use it and go somewhere else. I didn't even want to touch the door. Kind of concerning if you are eating inside.

Obsessed. The flavor and ingredients are so good!! It’s our 4th time here in less than week. ( don’t mind the half eaten photos I remembered half way through I wanted to review!)

This is the most bland food I've ever eaten, I'm shocked. The menu promises lemongrass, five spices and ginger sauce and what we got was totally flavorless. The ginger sauce tasted like a super weak and watered down teriyaki, the lemongrass wasn't even present (seen in picture) and the bowl had plain rice and raw vegetables, and the five spices taste like soy sauce. This is Asian food for your grandma's taste buds.

Ate in once, took out food several times. The eating area is spartan but clean. The food is very, very good and there are lots of great options on the menu. The servers have been invariably friendly and the wait time has been short. Highly recommend.
