Teapot Vegetarian is a family run Chinese vegan friendly restaurant. All of their food is plant-based and incorporates mock meats and sauces many people will be familiar with if they grew up in the States. Everything is designed to be shared family style and portions are pretty good here too. The Laksa was our standout dish. Everyone comes here for it and I could see why - the creamy coconut milk curry broth with noodles and veggies/tofu was spectacular and a must. We also enjoyed the Corn Chowder as that really reminded me of home. Claypot Veggies were way too salty sadly and without the included rice, it felt like something was off. I should probably stop ordering claypot dishes at veggie restaurants as they tend to be very saucy without much else. Service here was very friendly and they took great care of us. It's a relaxed environment and one I'd return to again.

Perfect vegan taste! Some positions in the menu cooked by very old traditional recent. My favorite meal is Laksa. The dish is big, so you might need a box to take it home. Parking lot is huge.

I have been pleasantly surprised today by this small family owned Pan-Asian restaurant. I came expecting to pay more and not have left over but find the quantity of food was more than worth the cost. Flavor is full bodied and the atmosphere is calming and soothing after a long hard day. I would love to see a wider variety of hot tea which would compliment the name of the business well but overall I am very pleased and will return!

So so disappointing. I’ve eaten here a few times and the noodle dishes have always been good. But tonight we ordered Rama Garden and the string beans to bring to a family birthday dinner and could not be less impressed. The rama garden is just steamed mix veg with literally only two slices of lotus and a side of peanut sauce that is way too sweet. The beans are a paltry handful that doesn’t even cover the bottom of the takeout box, they are overcooked and lacking flavor. i’m insulted to have spent $40 on this offensive presentation. this has ruined nanas birthday.

Amazing food. Have been visiting the place since they were at Capitol Hill 20 years ago. The place has kept the high standard for food quality and quantity; service is always superb. Menu has changed a little bit but there are clear details regarding all the ingredients, clearly indicated what comes with the dishes. This is a great vegetarian restaurant. I would highly recommend it.
