Vegan Van

I love Vegan Van and will always recommend to both seasoned vegans and anyone looking to explore a plant-based diet! Portions are generous and the food is just DELICIOUS. Always an awesome lineup of fast-food inspired options. I can’t resist when I see the food truck out and about either!! The owners Justin and Brittany are awesome people. Always brighten up any room they’re in!! This IS a small, family owned business so if you’re in a rush I would recommend ordering ahead of time, but it’s always worth the wait. :) if I could give more stars I would!!

The good: DELICIOUS food. I love the Crunchwrap and spurge to eat here for lunch every so often. Staff is so nice and courteous, I don't mind paying a little extra for the great good and kind team. The Bad: The new location is in the middle of nowhere in a very industrial area and a very odd place for a restaurant - especially vegan. No parking on the lot and most of the street parking is already full from the nearby businesses. Had to park at the opposite end of the block and walk down. Food took exactly 14 minutes to come out from when the order was placed to when my name was called. Too long for those of us that only have 45 minutes for lunch and have to drive all the way out to the new location (25 minutes each way for me). 4 stars is probably too much for how much I hate this geographical location, but the food and staff is too friendly to give it any lower. Please change locations so I can give you 5 stars and come more often!!!

I am not Vegan but my roommate convinced me to try this spot. It was honestly really really good, love the flavors and texture of everything. Loved the quality and attention given to each dish. Beautifully done! You wouldn't even know it was plant based. I was super impressed.

EAT HERE! Do not be deceived, this place is INCREDIBLE. Everything we tried was phenomenally flavorful and savored to the max. It really hit the spot. Would recommend a thousand times, 10/10! In the words of my boyfriend "it's proof that the restaurants in Boulder truly are garbage when you can make food this high quality out of a tiny kitchen in the middle of nowhere".

Vegan Van and their full team is full of such wonderful and loving individuals! Brittney and Justin, the owners, also bring this same energy!! I've had so many different items on their menu, from the crunch wrap to their vegan chicken wings and I've NEVER been disappointed! The food always comes out fresh and yummy! My wait times are never more than a few minutes, unless I've gone and ordered more than 5 items. Even then, they've always acknowledged the wait time, though it's always been worth it for the food and being able to chat with their crew AND with the owners, what other small business do you see that? They are dedicated and passionate about what they do. If I could id rate them over the 5 stars.
