My husband is a vegetarian, so he was thrilled to discover this fully vegan restaurant in Denver. I tried the gyro with a side salad topped with Caesar dressing, while my husband opted for the classic Philly with fries, and we both absolutely loved our meals. I believe their sauces are made fresh, and they tasted delicious. We were full of praise for this place until we tried their tres leches cupcake, which was a real disappointment—it was far too dense and overloaded with cinnamon. Despite that, the staff were friendly, patient, and kind. The outdoor patio is adorable, and with the weather being perfect, we enjoyed our meal surrounded by nature. We loved their food overall and would definitely visit on our next trip to Denver.

This was a great find. We were just passing through Denver on January 1 and needed a plant based option. Even though they were taking reservations they found a way to get us in. The food was great. If we are back in Denver again this will be a stop.

Watercourse Foods has always been a fantastic spot with great food and excellent service. While I’ve been a fan of their dine-in experience over the years, today I was especially impressed by their takeout service. I had ordered far in advance but accidentally set the wrong pickup time. When I arrived, the staff went above and beyond, they kindly ensured it was fresh and ready to enjoy. Their thoughtfulness and attention didn’t go unnoticed. I truly appreciated the outstanding service. Highly recommend!

Wow! This place was amazing! I got the pastrami sandwich and couldn't believe it was vegan! The dipping sauce for the wings was incredible too! I was told it is usually very busy here but we went after 1pm and it seemed to be a good time to go. The seating was comfy and the service was great. I plan to go again to try some of the amazing desserts they had on display!

Love this place! Their wings are my favorite! The special sandwich are also really good. For sure have to come in every day of the week to try it all. Don't forget to add a shake!
