4 stars because all vegan (200% plant based) otherwise might be lower. Food was mostly good some dishes better than others. The vegan ramen was excellent and recommended. Hospitality and ambiance could use a little bit more attention but overall food quality was good and I would return to eat here. Curry rice was delicious too. And mushroom stuff fried tofu was a crowd favorite.

They play jazz & R&B !!! Ok so the sushi is A M A Z I N G!!!!!!! The sushi is just like what can i even say? The style of this sushi is different from what I’ve had because its very delicate and made with love and perfection! And the taste is so authentically Japanese🥰🥰

Absolutely love the food here. When we travel near Denver, we make it a point to stop. Vegan sushi at its best. Every time I would bit into 1 of the different rolls, “I’d say Oh this is my favorite, no wait. This is my favorite….” This is the first time we visited in this location. We enjoyed the outdoor seating. I found the dining room seating area could use a good scrub down.

Did I have high expectations? Yes - but still this was rather disappointing First of all the place does not seem very welcoming more like a cheap takeout restaurant Payed 45$ for lunch and chose three rolls two of them with avocado which were off The rolls are eight pieces each but rather small. Self order at a computer (15% service charge and also tax after added ) . Only good one: Teriyaki beef roll - „edo love“ The other two - fiery Philly and ebi tempura had avocado in it which wasn’t good anymore The taste was in regards to it awful. I told staff about it and they replied with. We cut them open this morning some turn brown over time that’s normal with avocados Yes that’s why you should double check and control quality? Maybe throw old ones away??? Or is that something not common to do? Or get a better supplier! Unbelievable Also found three little flies (fruchtfliegen) who managed to fly on the sushi. Wasn’t the cleanest place? Why so many good ratings? Hygiene people!!!
