NoButcher in Las Vegas is hands down the best vegan food I've ever had! The flavors, textures, and variety of options are simply amazing. I was blown away by how delicious everything was. Not only is the food incredible, but Sebastian, the owner, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He even took the time to meet my service dog and generously provided him with some water, which was such a kind gesture. If you’re in Vegas and looking for a top-notch vegan spot, NoButcher is a must-visit. I can’t wait to go back!

great vegan sandwiches! we tried the oktoberfest special as well as the pulled no pork, both were equally delicious and fresh. really good prices and great service :) the sweet treat was so good as well. 100% recommend for non vegans, too.

I went for lunch today and had a great experience. Very friendly staff and delicious food! I had the Thanksgiving sandwich meal. Very fair priced and tasted great the cookie that came with it was one of the best vegan cookies I’ve ever had!

What grand place for vegans and everyone. Let's start with the bread it was so fresh, the condiments/spreads were delicious. We tried the Italian and the aloha. They were both really good. Great service and woah they have a drive thru as well. The prices are better than what we have in LA.

This lunch pictured is our third time at 'No Butcher' for lunch. It's been a flavorful delight each time. The quality of the food is top-notch! The sandwich combo is plenty of enough food to split between two, if you add an extra side, drink, and a dessert (cookie). We tried the pulled 'no' pork, the 'pastrami', and the Italian cold cut. ALL of them are made with love, and you can taste it! The pastrami is our current favorite. The potato salad & cole slaw are some of the best we've ever tasted as well. The chocolate cookie is delicious and sinful! We've also tried the lemon blueberry loaf, it is made fresh and it's is delicious, just very heavy. Both desserts are worth every bite, but the cookie is my favorite. Try the fresh squeezed lemonade, sweetened with housemade rosemary infused simple syrup. We've been served by the owner Joe, and by Alecia. They both exceed our customer service expectations. We plan to come back every week to try a new menu item. Thank you, No Butcher crew!
