THE ONLY PLACE YOU NEED TO GO IN PORTLAND!!! The breakfast sammie was the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. Came back the next morning for breakfast again bc no other Portland breakfast options compare. Created a bagel that was also very delicious. And also had the reuben sandwich, which we liked very much as well. Almond ring is out of this world. Bf is a coffee snob and liked the coffee a lot as well! Staff was really nice too! Outdoor seating would be nice! It was a bit chilly for me under the fans.

So here’s the thing, I’m all for supporting small vegan businesses, and the service was stellar. Unfortunately we bought two chocolate croissants and there was so much chocolate that the inside was literal dough. I k ow it’s hard to make croissants vegan but this isn’t even about the vegan aspect, you can’t have that much chocolate in it, it stops the croissant from rising and getting by baked inside. It’s almost inedible and I feel so horrible for having to post such a negative review on such a great place, this recipe needs an overhaul, but everything else is so good, the chocolate is quality and the service is amazing. PLEASE change the recipe so I can recommend this place and come here often it’s such a delightful spot. Real French bakeries and generally most bakeries use only a little strip of chocolate, not the croissant’s weight in chocolate.

Always delicious desserts to have here. You can never go wrong with what you choose. We don't even tend to order blueberry flavors, but the Blueberry Strudel we got was so absolutely delicious that we will get it again! It was flaky and sweet with a fruity blueberry taste. It was as if a warm and sunny morning had a child with freshly sprouted blueberries, and this was their creation. The Almond Ring is a classic favorite that is always on the line up for us to consume. It is potent in almond flavor without being overbearing. The crunch you get from the almond pieces throughout the ring, add a nice contrast to the rest of the soft and fluffy dessert. We came at the last hour and we were worried that the desserts (like any bready dessert) would be on the firm side. This was correct, and thus we asked the staff if they could heat it up for us. They kindly accommodated our request and the sweets were super soft and enjoyably with their aroma. It's strikingly similar to when they are fresh out the oven. Definitely suggest everyone to do so.

WOW!!! I had an AMAZING vegan sandwich!! There is a large display of delicious looking vegan pastries, so I’ll be back on the morning!! Also, will be back to try other sandwiches..!❤️❤️❤️❤️

Definitely awesome to have a vegan coffee shop and café in this area. I'm not even a vegan, but I am lactose intolerant so I often appreciate going into vegan restaurants. They have a good selection of drinks, sandwiches, and other breakfast/brunch options such as bagels and waffles. Everything is vegan, and they have tempeh and other options in place of meat. They use Earth Balance in place of butter and it's a good thing to order with bagels. Their coffee is solid even though they do not have many flavors. Prices are reasonable for what you get as well. The place is pretty bare bones in terms of appearance but definitely a good place to support and buy baked goods and other treats.
