This was a waste of money, a coupon & took 4-6Xs to complain about the order through the Uber App; gave me +$2 for the missing mushrooms & a $5 coupon to replace the -$15 coupon. Not worth the time & energy; Uber oughta allow a BLOCK function for stores that you've ALREADY had issues with in the past. Just go else where; new workers/owners/management? *the wild rice under-cooked *1-1/2 tsp of over-cooked shreded Spicy Broccoli; paid 4double portion *1-1/2 Tsp of Combo Slivers/4 Cubes of Sweet Potatoes; paid 4double portion **Note the Dixie bowl of what was edible +$26-$30.

Destiny was the service member that made my salad. She was rather rude. I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing her by ordering just a basic salad straight off the menu (as simple as it gets!). I had no special add-ons or extras to complicate things. In an effort to quell her demeanor, I was all smiles…no difference. Later, when the trash can was being cleaned, I got accidentally sprayed with some discarded liquid from the trash by another service member. I understand this was an accident but why would you wave trash bags within 2 feet of a customer eating your “fresh” salad? No manners. Nobody ever asked what I wanted to order. I had to physically go to a service member to order. For Christ’s sake, one of your employees was just standing there openly chatting on his phone instead of acknowledging me. Every time I get Sweetgreen, the experience is poor. I’m done with this restaurant chain. Where is the service?? This the last time. I tried…

I ordered the Kale Caesar salad, it was fresh and good. The sweet potatoes were actually fresh this time so I ordered those as well. The customer service was horrible there were 5 employees and only 1 person greated me. I had to actually say hello how are you? can I order. Then he still looked at me and said "you ready . I said I guess there's no more customer service with this new generation .

The service at this location here is terrible. The workers don’t prioritize pick up orders and frequently it’ll take an hour for your order to be ready. I would recommend ordering in person. BUT some menu items are online only so thanks sweet green
