True Food Kitchen

It was very noisy in the main dining room so we ate in the enclosed semi-outdoor area. Service was slow. When ordering a grilled chicken ranch wrap with hatch chili ranch dressing I was concerned that the dressing might be too spicy. I was assured that it was not spicy. It wasn’t. The wrap itself was a thicker pita than I am accustomed to or would desire, but I did like the chicken filling. The dressing on the kale salad side was spicy and I had not been warned. My spouse’s $20 grass-fed burger had unchewable bits. Both it and the sweet potato hash side (extra charge) were room temperature. We mentioned our concerns to our server. I was brought a simple salad that tasted better. The manager offered my spouse another burger but he declined. We cups of roasted butternut squash soup that were hot and flavorful.

The food and the atmosphere was amazing. Everything tastes fresh and flavorful. Service was quick. The old fashioned was AMAZING definitely recommend. I love how they had variety for people with all types of diets/restrictions

My experience at True Food Kitchen was perfect. Each time I go there, each and every staff member is so kind that it almost feels like family. Shout out to my waiter this time, Erica! The drink selections and teas are unique and invigorating. The food is very healthy and natural. Because of this, I am not uncomfortably full after eating. The spices, seasonings, and everything in between perfectly satisfy me. Seldomly do I finish my plate, but when I eat here, I finish it clean. The portions are excellent, ample for a full stomach. It is rare to see such a healthy desert menu. The atmosphere is beautiful, clean, relaxed and comfortable. It is vegan and vegetarian friendly which is super helpful for my friends and I. Exquisite. I would rate a 10/10! Would recommend. Thank you for such great service!

For a birthday weekend, we ate at True Food for the first time. We found the King of Prussia location to be easy to find, with plenty of parking, and a pleasant, expansive atmosphere (we ate inside, but outside looked nice, too). Our server, Jay, was energetic and knowledgable about the healthy ingredients, and made some helpful recommendations. We started with truly scrumptious hummus and pomegranate spritzer, then salads. We were curious to try the sourdough pizzas, and especially enjoyed the Bison pizza with the egg on top. The pepperoni was also flavorful (could have used a few more slices of pepperoni). For dessert we shared the sourdough chocolate chip cookie a la mode and the peanut butter cup tart. We took lots of leftovers with us and they were still yummy the next day. Would definitely go again!

This was my first time coming here and I LOVED it. Everything on the menu is so healthy you really can't go wrong. My waitress Ericka was so friendly and gave helpful suggestions for what to order. I tried the charred cauliflower and the Thai peanut noodle bowl with steak and both were delicious. Highly recommend the charred cauliflower as an appetizer! I'll definitely be back!
