Hello Google Family. This is my first time patronizing a sweetgreen. I decided to come here after working out at the Edge Fitness Club in Wayne, PA. I was very hungry and I knew I wanted a good salad. I also knew that I needed protein and this place has protein. Will, was the associate who assisted me with my order, since it was my first time. Will was very helpful and friendly. I decided to create my order today. I ordered a custom salad, with roasted chicken and three other toppings. I decided on balsamic viniagrette dressing. I liked the dressing and the salad. I selected take out. My order was $16.35. I don't know if I will visit this establishment again, but I did enjoy my salad. Good night Google Family!! The half scoop everything, easily the smallest salad I’ve gotten at a sweet green. Asked for medium dressing, they drenched it, almost like a soup. Didn’t give the free bread, I had to ask like twice. Also were out of a ton of stuff, long line, I would go somewhere else: edit, costumer service reach out and was very nice.

It's a shame to see people continuing to do business here, keeping them afloat. I probably ordered from Sweetgreen 10-15 times. At best, 2 of the orders were acceptable. As so many others have noted: crazy late on pickup times (I've shown up 15, 20, even 30 minutes after the promised pickup and they hadn't even started making it yet.....and they weren't busy). Things missing frequently, including the main ingredients (a steelhead fish taco salad....with no fish?!). Employees often in the back or apathetic (but in their defense, management doesn't pay them). And the owner is a real piece of work. Avoid at all costs.

Thank you Val for making me and my wife’s visit today. As first time visitors she made sure we knew everything on the menu and the different options we could choose from. My Brussels and hot sweets took a few extra minutes to come out and she brung them over to use with very good hospitality. Very impressed.. WE WILL BE BACK

Harvest bowl tastes really good. The lady that prepped was super nice. Overall 5 stars. I give 3 for atmosphere as it was freezing inside ;)
