Great vegan restaurant! All the dishes we had were super flavorful and absolutely delicious! They have great flavors on all the dishes, and we enjoyed every one. The pretzels were the perfect texture, and the sauce went really well with them - it was more of a spread than a sauce - but I liked it very much. The cauliflower tacos were packed with flavor, with lots of avocado and limes to squeeze over the dish. The crab cakes with remoulade and corn relish were outstanding - bold flavors that resembles a crab cake - but better than any real crab cake dishes that I have had in the past. The avocado toast had tons of avocado - and the herb salad with pickled onions, fresh hears - cilantro and dill, and lemon vinaigrette was super fresh and unbelievably tasty - that was one of the best salads I have had at a restaurant. I thought the portion sizes were pretty large for tapas - and we ended up taking home quite a bit - which was great for leftovers the next day. I am a big gin and tonic fan - but their Mason's Garden drink was even better and super refreshing - it had a nice thin spiral of cucumber on the side of the glass for presentation and flavor, and topped with a basil leaf- i could have drank a ton of those. In addition, we had great service, and our server Dylan was great. We had a really nice time and will definitely be back to try more dishes!

My special friend🦋 chose our next vegan culinary experience it was a tossup between Vedge and Fitz on fourth She chose Fitz on 4 th, we will visit Vedge on our next go round , and again she did not disappoint! Reservations are a must and attire is casual. We found on street parking and surprise it was free, we parked on Bainbridge, which is approximately three blocks from where we needed to go, which was fine. We’re always up for a nice little brisk walk. We entered, And were greeted by a host who brought us to our seats immediately. Seating is mixed she sat on a unique bench style cushion against a window and I sat in a metal chair with a cushion, a little bit low for my height, but very comfortable nonetheless. Our Server arrived soon after with our menus asked us if we would like drinks to start and I immediately chose her suggested house favorite the tropical paradise, which is zero proof Rum, pineapple juice, coconut, and lemon vanilla, also two glasses of water, My friend chose the vanilla vibe which is zero proof, whiskey, pineapple, and lemon and vanilla . A few minutes later, our drinks were brought to us. The cocktails served classic fashion, the glasses of water were served in nice hobnail drinking glasses. Nice throwback touch! The restaurant itself is very nice laid out very well not congested lighting is very serene almost a green feeling not too dark not too light and made menu reading easy. I liked the simplicity of the menus, I told her to order all the appetizers and all the entrées and as always, she reels me in and tells me save some for next time so our intros that we chose were crispy broccoli served on top of tahini with pomegranate, cilantro, mint, peanuts, and virgin oil, this was excellent. The florettes were evenly sized crisp perfectly the tahini, pomegranate, and the rest of the ingredients worked very well together it was a delight , we also ordered edamame wontons which were flash fried pyramid shaped, stuffed with mashed edamame in a puddle of black vinegar and chili reduction sauce, these were fantastic crispy on the outside soft delicious filling on the inside a great pairing with the chili vinegar reduction sauce. Then we chose from the classic menu mushroom sliders, which are mushrooms, flash fried topped with radicchio ribbons, basil aïoli, Harrisa oil served on sweet potato brioche rolls, we are huge fans of mushrooms, can never get enough, and there was a mushroom in every bite. We also ordered the vegan crabcake with mediterranean za-tar spice lemon remoulade served on corn relish. This is a plate licking dish. Don’t have to go any further describing this. We Finished off, sharing the roasted garlic, parsnip ravioli, wow, this was excellent, in-house made ravioli with mashed parsnip season to perfection with an almost cheesy potato like texture, accompanied by an excellent red pepper sauce, so tender and so good. We decided to order another drink before dessert and we chose a maple zero rum old-fashioned served in a classic scotch glass with a giant cube also delicious. And of course we can never go without having at least one dessert. I’m a chocoholic so I ordered the chocolate peanut butter brownie served with soy based vanilla ice cream. Wow again was this perfect the brownie was warm not chewy not over sugared. The peanuts on top were just nice and crispy perfect sized scoop of vanilla ice cream that just started melting upon the first bite heaven for me of course we shared. She chose the brioche bread pudding which was also excellent. I took a few bites of hers this also was served with vanilla soy based ice came out in a timely fashion. Nice sweet, ending to an excellent meal. After carefully discussing our experience we came to the conclusion of five stars across the board. The only suggestion we have and you can take it or leave it. For tapas, bringing fresh plates for each course would avoid the mixing of sauces to give the true taste of each dish.

Great atmosphere, it's beautiful, bright and welcoming. A shared plates style restaurant serving vegan options. For two people we got four plates and left feeling satisfied. We started with the Alberta and tropical paradise mocktails both were light and refreshing. The beets, the purple beet was extremely salty. Empanadas had a great crust and you could taste all the ingredients for me could've used a touch more seasoning. Mushroom sliders came with a delicious sauce. Purple sweet potato ravioli with lemon was an interesting contrast but cooked well.

Good, not great. While we were not disappointed, we were also not enthralled. We had the cauliflower tacos and the Brussels sprouts. The Brussels sprouts were tasty but slightly overcooked. The cauliflower tacos had no discernible cauliflower, just a lot of lettuce. We sat at the bar, where the service was fine but not fantastic. The ambiance is pleasant.

They have gluten free options. We have a few appetizers. We had some vegan cheese dip but it had no flavor. I had the gnocchi which I thought was good. My friends also had a salad. I thought for everything that we got it was really expensive and the food wasn't that great. I've had better. Not sure I would come in again unless it was Happy hour.
