This is one of my favorite restaurants! It has amazing vegan options. The new Chicken Parmesan sandwich is unbelievable. My omnivore partner loves it! It’s a must have for him! The Chicken Parmesan, Kind Caprese, and Frenchie are by far the best vegan sandwiches I’ve had. The key to their success is their in-house cheeses. Most vegan store bought cheese tastes bad to okay, their cheese is good. Any omnivore I’ve brought here has loved it!

Absolutely love their vegan Brie! It’s Jain friendly too, no potato or onions. The texture is creamy, and the flavor is so rich and indulgent—it’s hard to believe it’s plant-based. Perfect for a charcuterie board or melting. The rind is aged and crazy sharp, would cut it out and eat separately.

I ordered this vegan cheese, which I thought was expensive, for what vegan cheese normally is, but I knew in my mind that if it was half as good as real cheese, then the price point would make sense, quality ingredients, small batches, the attention to detail and crafting something that I consider to be virtually impossible, That would then be an appropriate Price point, but I was severely skeptical, the cheese arrived today, and I tried both of the cheeses that I ordered, and I would devour both of them if I could right now, but I’m going to save some for my family , It is indistinguishable from Actual cheese. This is the most delicious vegan cheese I’ve ever had, and it is as delicious as any other grilled cheese that I have ever had. The texture is spot on the flavors are fantastic, if I didn’t know that it was vegan I would swear up and down that there is no way. Order this cheese immediately also, the business is veteran owned, and woman owned so support what actually matters, good people making a fantastic product and paying them appropriately for their craftsmanship

This place was perfection. I’m a new vegan and gluten-free due to health reasons. This place addressed my cheese cravings so well! The service was friendly and helpful and I took a non-vegan family member and didn’t tell her it was vegan until she took her first bite. She loved it too. Wish there was one in Dallas. I was in cheese heaven.

This was a vegan destination i’ve been looking forward to and it lived up to my expectations. With so many great menu items and cheeses (so good) it was tough to choose my first meal from here but i went with something i haven’t had in years - croissant filled with melted cheese and ham. It was delicious, came with fresh fruit and there were great beers to choose from. Mark got the caprese sammie and he liked that too. They also offer cheese delivery which I’m looking into.
